The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

Although it is a four-star hotel, there is room for improvement in facilities and sanitary conditions. The bathroom and curtains have moldy spots. The door of the room type cannot be locked at the beginning. After the reaction, it was repaired, but it was locked in the room the next morning. I had to call the counter to help. Ask the hotel to help arrange the transfer to Bana Mountain. The driver may not be familiar with the road in the middle. It is a bit uneasy to drive with a mobile phone all the way.

To be honest, the hotel service is not very good. Our two girls dragged two large boxes to the door and no one helped us in. No one in the hotel came to help. The threshold is relatively high. We ourselves one by one. I brought it in, and the room opened to us was also very small, and on the first floor, people walked up and down, and the swimming pool slapped the big place. I couldn’t do anything at all. Anyway, everything was average.

The updown hotel is relatively north, and it is convenient to pass from Da Nang. However, the ancient city of Hoi An is not large, so you can walk anywhere, 10 minutes walk to the river. Room facilities are good, a small balcony is good. Watch the sunset and drink a little wine in the evening. Breakfast is not as rich as a star hotel, but some chefs make egg rolls, fried eggs, and the ingredients are quite fresh. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is great. You can change money at the front desk, the service staff is super warm and nice. ni

Breakfast is very rich, mainly Western food, because many foreigners live here. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the ancient city, very close to the net red French stick shop. The family room for four persons with three big and one small reservations is located next to the swimming pool on the first floor. The facilities in the room are designed for Europeans and Americans. The beds, basins and showers are very high, which is a bit inconvenient to use. But this is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in Da Nang.

A beautiful room with views of the river. It was very quiet the trubble of the street heard man not in the room in other rooms you probably heard more of it. The staff is friendly and helps continue in all questions. The breakfast buffet is rich and includes fruit along with rice and vegetables. The pool is really very beautiful built in this small nick, a special highlight. From the hotel you are at maximum 5 minutes on the Night Market and immediately on the Flanier mile. All is quite quickly reachable. We have a great stay! The cleaning was super, nothing entered.

This was one of my favorite stays during my year long travels. The room was super clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. You can’t beat the location, and the family that runs the home stay are so incredibly nice and helpful. Great value, don’t hesitate to stay here.

We recently stayed with Phong Phu Villa in Hoi An and we highly recommended it. Despite being a little bit tired, the hotel was immaculately clean. Its ideal location puts it within easy walking distance of the Old Town and several fantastic local restaurants providing wonderful local Hoi An specialties. The breakfast options were a bit limited and simple but very tasty The air conditioning in the room worked well enough but due to the unusually warm weather in May, the hotel provided an extra fan as we were melting overnight. The one small issue we had was the nearby construction work, which began daily at 7 a.m. and which the hotel had no control of. Nonetheless, my husband and I had a fantastic time and would very much recommend this place to stay.
