Was a very quiet room. Plenty of hot water also! 10 min walk to old town.  Great hospitality.  Clean & fresh towels each day. Nice clean bed sheets too A+

We had an amazing stay here! Location is perfect, 5-10 min walk to Old Town and also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Room was perfect, nice balcony, air con worked great, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower. Indoor pool with some deckchairs in the sun was also great. Very clean, the cleaners came every day. Helped us with recommendations for Hoi An and had bicycles that we rented. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back!

📍Phong Phu is a hotel about 1 kilometer from the old town of Hoi An. We use a convenient taxi ride across the road. In front of the hotel there is a spa and massage center and a cafe. Beside the hotel is a small mini-mart. I regret not taking photos inside. We weren't very impressed with the breakfast. There weren't many choices and we couldn't eat much, but at this price it was considered very cheap. For those on a budget, you can go to this hotel.

Wow, fantastic! This hotel is a proper resort with a beautiful Southeast Asian vibe. It's super close to the Ancient Town, and there's a shuttle service nearby that takes you to Da Nang. Breakfast was plentiful, and our room had a lovely pool view. The pool was bustling with Western and Korean guests splashing around.

The hotel is very quaint with an amazing group of staff that cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable.  There is no lift but the stairs are fine.  Breakfast is great and enough for all tastes.  Indoor pool is quite cold but it was great to cool down the body from the April heat.  Close to the old town and markets, bars and restaurants.  We loved it.   Our group ranged from early 20’s to 60’s and we all agreed we would stay there again and absolutely recommend to others.

One great bonus was the complimentary bike rental, which made exploring the surrounding area even more enjoyable. It’s a thoughtful touch that really adds value for guests. The room was fully equipped with all the amenities I could need, from modern appliances to comfortable furniture, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Everything worked perfectly, which made me feel well taken care of. Final Thoughts: With its great location, spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful extras like free bike rentals, this hotel delivers a complete and satisfying experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

An unexpectedly healing trip, this hotel has me completely captivated! What started as a routine booking turned into an experience where I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. The overall experience was absolutely fantastic. First, the ambiance immediately caught my eye. The lobby design is elegant yet warm, and the rooms are impeccably clean with perfect attention to detail. The bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on clouds, the view from the window was expansive and unobstructed, and even the toiletries in the bathroom exuded a sense of refinement. The moment I stepped in, all the fatigue from my journey melted away. Even more delightful was the consistently excellent service. From the doorman proactively helping with luggage when I arrived, to the front desk patiently explaining local attractions during check-in, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile. They were incredibly responsive to requests and completely approachable. The hotel even thoughtfully offered a complimentary massage service; the professional techniques instantly relieved my travel weariness. These 'extra surprises' really hit home! Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this place is perfectly suited. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. It’s a perfect base for exploring the city. What makes this place even better is the value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price is very reasonable. On top of that, the hotel provides free bicycles for guests, which was a huge bonus! I loved cycling around the area — it made getting around easy and fun.

Bad choice! We had chosen this guesthouse for its many references. The hotel is charming, well located, and the welcome was attentive. The rooms - small - are modern, recently renovated and very clean. We booked 2 nights on site. But the first morning, we were woken up at 7am by the noise: the owners had decided to renovate and break down the walls of the room below us. Jackhammer, blows from clubs, music and shouts from the workers... so it was impossible to sleep! We then understood why we were the only guests of the hotel. It was impossible to negotiate an early departure: 2 nights being booked in advance we had to stay and suffer the same thing the next morning. Barely an apology, not a commercial gesture when the laundry done on site was billed twice as expensive as elsewhere. What a shame.
