We had an amazing time at Renaissance! The staff were so helpful, a special mention to Tran who assisted us with a big smile during our time in beautiful Hoi An. The hotel even provides a shuttle bus for guests to-and-fro Hoi An Old Town.
This is a superb hotel in almost any and all aspects, except that the main entrance looks a bit poor. Like many others, the hotel owns a riverside inner yard, which I'd rather call a ”Botanic garden”. The whole complex is attractively charming enough and deserves longer stay, and therefore, renders our 2-night stay a major regret for our expedition of Hoi An.
Well facilitated, the hotel offers everything you can expect from a remarkable hotel. SPA, body fitting, swimming, and last but not least, wonderful breakfast.
When taking breakfast, we cannot help wondering what we're really eager to be fed up with, the delicious dishes, or the tiny waves of the swimming pool, reflecting the shadows of the coconut trees?
We had a lovely stay at this Hotel, its similar to a south pacific resort where restaurant bar and facilities close to pool. Had the best BBQ skewers we have had in Vietnam. Breakfasts were nice with lots of variety, Excellent staff with special mention to the massage lady Anna and front desk staff Sunny and Thomas

Lovely hotel by the beach. Felt like heritage design but recently renovated so overall very nice facilities and well kept. Room was decent size and in good shape, though a bit more storage space would have been nice and the bed frame is protruding so you end up banging your chins in it from time to time. Pool area was great and staff quick to set you up with towels, drinks and bites at a not outrageous cost. Breakfast was sufficient as well, not like 5 star western chain but still more than enough. Staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Location is a bit off so the shuttle to town was good, otherwise theres also a couple minimarts and restaurants in some 5-10min walk. Had hopes a bit higher up for the beach which becomes wider and nicer a bit up the road but the hotel stretch of it is not super inviting tbh. All in all we had a great week here and I would definitely consider Victoria again if coming back to Hoi An.
Great location and the service from staff was outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure we were happily settled in. Very very polite staff especially at front desk and in the restaurant. Well done 😁. We highly recommend this hotel.
This is the most impressive value for money hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
Service from the front desk, kitchen, security, shuttle, everyone was great!.
Beautiful infinity rooftop pool, free cabana at the beach in front of the hotel.
They know how to treat customers and make them happy. We even got a 30 minute massage for free, each.
Breakfast it’s varied and plenty of options for everyone.
Very happy about my stay here.
I would definitely recommend it!
Keep it up because we definitely be back!
I got a suite and the room was spacious and nice
The smell was too bad because the facilities were old.
The staff are very friendly and grab five thousand won to Old Town
Go.
The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a car to go to the ancient city, and you can also borrow bicycles to go to the ancient city. It is cost-effective
Super nice resort with a private beach and a free shuttle bus to Hoi An. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the grounds were very well maintained, and the view from the Riverside room was wonderful. We were there for 5 days and would have loved to stay longer. The beach was very clean and not at all crowded. The water was perfect for swimming. The ladies at reception were very friendly, polite and helpful. We would choose Hoi An Beach Resort again and again to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

GGuest UserReally nice small Hotel Managed by friendly Vietnamese Woman. Managed nearly everything when you want. Always helpful and speaks English!
The pool in the back was a nice feature and a refreshing change after a sunny beach day. The beach was not so far away 5-10min by feet away.
Tasty Breakfast and made on order.
We had a wonderful stay and want to say Thank you.
Taxi to Hoi An ~4$ one way in 08/2023.
NNesstalI spent two nights in Hoi An from June 3rd to June 5th!
First of all, the bungalow room is very nice, spacious and well-organized in nature.
Ours was a lagoon bungalow, so we had a view of the lagoon when we went out to the veranda.
It was quiet and clean, there weren't any bugs, and my daughter loved the two chopping boats in the evening. (He didn’t come into the room!!)
The breakfast was adequate and there wasn't a lot of variety, but my daughter overslept, so I asked if I could take a few things to the room, so I put them on a plate and wrapped them for her. In fact, the service and friendliness were the best.
It's a 10-minute drive from Hoi An, but there was a shuttle, so there was no inconvenience in getting around. My charging cable was broken and I couldn't charge anything overnight, so I had to buy it in a hurry, but the shuttle helped me with my urgent situation by helping me make the purchase in the middle. The beach was close, so I enjoyed the private beach and kayaking in the lagoon, but it's a shame that I couldn't use it because my daughter was busy sleeping in the morning.
I think I will come here again next time!! I am already recommending this place to my friends!! I recommend it if you want to enjoy the feeling of your own mansion quietly without encountering too many people👍I had a quiet and comfortable rest with the best value for money!!
진진There is the sea right in front of the hotel, which is good for going alone. But even if it was a mistake, it was 4 nights, but it was made up of 3 nights, so I was a bit embarrassed. Not bad though. Breakfast is just plain.
WWill TameShort stay here but the lady on the front desk was super helpful, pointing me in the direction of a tailor for some shirts I needed tailoring.
The hotel is located close to the beach and the many bars and restaurants along it.
The pool is quite deceiving and backs right onto the road, but it was good to have given the heat we experienced whilst we were there!
All in all very good value.
