Good hotel located on the edge of the old town. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated our requests. Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Not far from the old town and free bikes are provided. Would definitely recommend!

As soon as I arrived, even before I could state my name, the front desk staff already knew who I was. They swiftly processed our check-in and provided us with a map, highlighting nearby tourist attractions. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and cozy. It's also incredibly convenient, located just a short walk from both the night market and the local market! It's perfect for family travel, though the only drawback is the lack of an elevator, meaning you'll need to carry your luggage up yourself. I'll definitely book here again the next time I visit Huian.

I cannot speak highly enough of their staff. Our trip was booked thru travel agents and our stay was part of a package. Breakfast was included with our stay. And what a breakfast it was! Excellent variety.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is outstanding - very thoughtful, friendly, attentive and helpful. The salt water pool is great to swim in it and the location is perfect, short walk to the old town, but not too hectic. The breaks fast buffet was amazing too. The only thing is, if you are not an early bird, that place is NOT for you. All rooms are towards the pool and there are A LOT of kids which are very loud from 7am onwards. Even with earplugs you will hear them as the doors to the balcony is not too isolated. So for families and early birds a great place, if you like to sleep longer than 7am, maybe look for another place as lots of families are coming there.

Because of the system error, the hotel arranged another place for our family at Vy Khoa Hotel! The location is very close to Hoi An ancient town. At first, there was a bit of a problem checking in, but the owner was very cooperative and willing to negotiate the check-in conditions. Originally, the room booking included breakfast for everyone, but because the hotel did not have it, we were a bit disappointed. Hopefully the hotel will soon improve the booking problem on the system.

I love everything here, literally everything!!! It’s a perfect place to stay especially for those coming with family or big crowds as you will be enjoying hotel facilities a lot. It’s very cozy place and quiet at night and walking distance to Hoi An old town and night market.

I love my stay at Little Residence Hotel. Room is big, cozy, clean, beautiful (nice layout and decor), linens and towels smell good, bed and pillows are comfortable. AC works great! My room comes with a good size balcony. Location is only about 10 minutes walk to Ancient town & night market. Massage & spa, mini mart and laundry service across the street. Very convenient to everything! They have a free scheduled shuttle service to the beautiful beach and a free bicycle to use for hotel guest. Breakfast buffet was good! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room I stayed in was impressively spacious to relax and store my belongings comfortably. Cleanliness was also top-notch; everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The service stood out as exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. One great bonus was the complimentary bike rental, which made exploring the surrounding area even more enjoyable. It’s a thoughtful touch that really adds value for guests. The room was fully equipped with all the amenities I could need, from modern appliances to comfortable furniture, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay. Everything worked perfectly, which made me feel well taken care of. Final Thoughts: With its great location, spacious and clean rooms, excellent service, and thoughtful extras like free bike rentals, this hotel delivers a complete and satisfying experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up.

This was an excellent choice. The hotel's overall ambiance, rooms, and location were all fantastic. My only minor disappointment was that breakfast was just okay, not quite as good as I'd expected. Additionally, I experienced some skin irritation, and I wasn't sure if it was due to the pool water, the shower water, or perhaps even the bottled water provided in the room.
