"We loved our stay here at The Saga! The hotel is gorgeous—as good if not better than the photos—and of course the rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool, bar, gym and free bikes were great complements to sightseeing days. The breakfast buffet was the best out of any at the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, the options were extensive AND tasty. The downstairs of staying here is the location as it’s a bit far from the Hoi An old town. The twenty minute walk didn’t seem so bad when we book but it did make it less convenient to pop back in for dinner. They do have a free shuttle to the old town but that only runs three times a day and Grabs can be difficult to get a hold of. If you like to cycle the free bikes would make it a breeze to get around but not everyone in our family can. Overall, still highly recommended as I still think the amenities you get here make up for the location!"

"We arrived after a night at a resort in Danang where I had lost my glasses. Hien (who checked us in) was very helpful in giving us turn by turn directions to the nearest optical shop. She even offered to take us there in person on her break (this place is a 10 minute walk away). Her generous offer and sincerity really impressed us, and is much appreciated."

"Good hotel located on the edge of the old town. The staff were very friendly and always accommodated our requests. Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Not far from the old town and free bikes are provided. Would definitely recommend!"

"Amazing hotel with so much outdoor space perfectly located in the ancient town! Breakfast buffet is nice, you can choose to sit indoor with conditioning air or enjoy the amazing garden on the outside tables. Glass bottles in the rooms are much appreciated with water refill for a planet friendly use. Free bicycles are also so convenient for a nice ride to the beach! Highly recommended !"

"During my 7-night, 8-day trip with my husband, this was the only place I booked during the trip without making a reservation in advance. It was my favorite. The location is a 20-minute walk from Hoi An, right next to the river, and there are lots of people cyclists in the morning. It's incredibly quiet, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Most importantly, when traveling in Southeast Asia, you often feel uneasy about using the bathroom. This place was incredibly clean. The water pressure was great, and I loved the cleanliness. The room was also very clean, and the towels, shower robes, and everything were fluffy and odor-free. Also, the Memories Show is a 5-minute walk away, and there's a really delicious restaurant, Pho Sua, and a wonderful cafe. We visited for two days. I had to move because of my next reservation, but I was so satisfied that I wanted to cancel and stay here. I definitely want to stay here again next time I travel."

"As soon as I arrived, even before I could state my name, the front desk staff already knew who I was. They swiftly processed our check-in and provided us with a map, highlighting nearby tourist attractions. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and cozy. It's also incredibly convenient, located just a short walk from both the night market and the local market! It's perfect for family travel, though the only drawback is the lack of an elevator, meaning you'll need to carry your luggage up yourself. I'll definitely book here again the next time I visit Huian."

"The hotel was in very good location for us as we can walk fine to the old quarter. The hotel itself is very beautiful & clean and staffs were all very friendly. The breakfast was very good too and was different menu options everyday. We had dinner there few times too which was really nice. And the dry cleaning service we used was very useful too."

"A very good hotel if you want to stay in Hoi An for a beach holiday.The city is about 5 km away. It's literally a 7-minute walk to the beach, if you go a little to the right, there will be a nicer beach (palm trees, sun loungers if you want, restaurants with seafood). The general area of the hotel is small, but very beautiful. Huge plants, a clean pool, which is deep and large enough to swim. The room itself is clean, there is a kettle, water, tea / coffee. There are free bicycles (I went to the lighthouse and to the starting point of the round boat tours). The service is also great, the nice girl at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast is ordered in advance from the proposed items (pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, etc. + tea or coffee). Cons: - I couldn't fall asleep for a long time because of the strange creaking of the wooden wall behind the bed - The room had a balcony, but there was no table or chair on it, and the view was mainly over the roofs. I stayed at the hotel for one night and would have stayed longer if there were rooms available. I recommend the hotel."
