Nice place, lovely staff, good room condition Close to night market and can walk to Hoi an ancient street , super convinience , reccommended !

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to ancient city. Our room air con was not cold at all upon check in. The receptionist Ms Anh helped us to change our room to a bigger one across the corridor on the same floor. Ms Anh was always friendly, cheerful & willing to help. She helped us to arrange a transfer to Danang immediately after our pre-arranged driver did not turn up. Thank you so much Ms Anh!

Fantastic location (5 mins walk to old town), clean but the room is a bit small.

The hotel is nicely kept by the owner and staff. The room that I stayed in was very clean and everything was in good condition. The bed was comfortable and WiFi was good for remote work. The owner and staff were nice and friendly. My only concern is that the water coming from the faucet and toilet was very light brown on a consistent basis.

The room was clean but there was a smell of pipes in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the night market.

I booked a room for 3 people, with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room was very small and there was no walking space. The room was clean and the service at the front desk was very good. I had a headache at 7:00 in the morning and they helped us buy headache medicine. , the breakfast buffet is simple and OK, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the night market and it’s very convenient

Hoi An B&B is a small building, but the facilities are a bit lagging behind those of a hotel. The B&B is in a very good location. Just a hundred steps away is the night market street and more than 300 meters away from Nihonbashi Bridge. Across the bridge, you will find the bustling central area of ​​the ancient city, but it is very quiet at night. Breakfast is made by the B&B itself. There are not many varieties but the taste is okay. The front desk service is good and can speak a few common Chinese sentences. Grab taxis can be taken to the door. The B&B has a high floor and no elevator, but the uncle at the front desk will enthusiastically help carry the suitcases upstairs. Of course, we will be very happy to tip you when we receive patronage from you.

There is no elevator, but the staff will help carry your luggage upstairs.

Considering the cost-effectiveness, I think it's just worth it.

Probably my best stay in Vietnam! The hotel is really clean and looks very new. The staff is so kind and willing to help you with anything you need. The hotel is super central. It only takes 2 minutes walk to the night market and 5-10 minutes walk anywhere in the old city center. The breakfast is also delicious. Looking forward to another stay whenever I'm back in Hoi An! 😊

Nice hotel in the heart of Hue. You can reach the nightlife and restaurants/clubs area and the river, yet the old citadel may be a bit far. The breakfast was good, with a fantastic bun cha! The staff was amazing and helped us arranging a car trip to the surrounding attractions.

This was such a great find. Very affordable and the room was so nice! The manager was friendly and incredibly helpful. He arranged transportation for us from the Danang train station and to the Danang airport. The hotel is right next to a laundry place and it's within walking distance of the ancient town.

Very good small hotel close to Hoi An old town and the night market. Despite this central position, the hotel is very quiet. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was new and I was worried because there wasn't much information beforehand, but I'm really glad I stayed there.The room was clean and you could see the quiet street lit by lanterns from the balcony.The bathroom was new and had plenty of hot water. There were no leaks or stains at all. Disposable slippers and tissues were provided in the room, which was helpful. Breakfast was creatively prepared with different noodles, dishes, vegetables, sausages, and fruits every day, so I was able to eat it without getting bored. Best of all, I never got tired of it. The staff are wonderful. The ladies at the reception and the ladies in charge of the cleaning were always friendly and I had a good time. Thank you very much.
