Comfortable place. My first room had a broken door, but they were very accomodating in getting me a new room. Staff were friendly, but everything was closed and asleep by 11pm. I imagine its because Hoi Ann is a smaller, sleepier town.

Good location and helpful staff. Although we lost our clothes in the laundry service. The staff tried their best to compensate.

Amazing hotel 5***** staff are amazing!!! Free bikes to use, pool , great size room with bath tub can’t fault this hotel my favorite of my travels so far we extended another week , great location

Stayed 3nights and I am glad that I stayed out from the old town. Reception was very helpful and gave me very good tips, what to do, where to eat. Even last day, when I left before the breakfast started, they prepared me Banh mi to take with me on the tour. There are also bike to borrow, what makes easier to move around and see places in own pace.

The receptionist is nice, good advice, there is a variety of breakfast to choose from before being served in the morning. National food, Pho, Banh Mi, various kinds of rice, seasonal fruits. I can't eat much, but it's very delicious.

A beautiful villa on the river bank not far from the historical center of the city.
What we liked: cleanliness, wonderful tasty and hearty breakfast (it needs to be booked in advance, choosing the items on the leaflet), a wonderful view of Hoi An from the balcony, helpful staff
What we didn't like: everything was great, but it's worth keeping in mind - the location is a little distance from the historical center, you can walk there, but it's better to either take a free bike from the hotel or order a taxi
