Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai

Thanks a lot for the good stay especially for Sunny and the staff for giving us warmth in our entire stay.

The stay was lovely, the service, staff, and location were good. However, when we check out and after settling the bill. The reception staff told me that we had drunk a bottle of water from the mini bar. We explained to the staff that we have never consumed anything from the mini bar. But they insist on charging me. The problem is why the hotel didn't charge on the final bill? The staff told me that the water was consumed 2 days before the check-out date. It is very ridiculous. We are regular travelers, and we know what we did during our stay. Didn't the hotel think about that a happy family was telling a lie for just a bottle of water? Anyway, we paid for it. We have never experienced anything like this after traveling to over 30 countries in the world. Finally, just a little advice to all upcoming guests. The hotel will charge for the laundry bag.

Lovely rooms and comfy beds, in a good spot by the beach and local restaurants. Completely let down by having no space around the pool and only 13 sun beds for the whole hotel. The pool music is extremely loud and booming and adds to the outside experience being very unrelaxing.

The hotel interior looks traditional and aesthetic. The staff are helpful. They provide a free van to hoi an ancient town and the beach.
