Such a fantastic hotel! Well located; the Night Market is a 5-minute walk away. The views are gorgeous and the breakfast is excellent! The coffee at this hotel was the best.

facities is good, but wifi signal is weak and also lot of insects, hope the resort can do something about it.

The food was bad we did not enjoy the breakfast! The noise from the place was very noisy if people speak nere the room you can hear it like they sing the room not recommended at all

Well located if you wish to be in walking distance of the old town.
However I found this hotel fairly uncomfortable.
The building is U shaped, with restaurant and swimmig pool at the heart of it, which makes rooms very noisy throughout the day.
Rooms are just OK for the price, nothing special.
Dont include breakfast in your booking. You'll find much better outside.

Very nice hotel well located close to the night market and from the old town. The breakfast was adequate and the pool area was very enjoyable. The room was ok.
The downs: noise from a close construction site, is not the hotel's fault but is quite disturbing. The wifi is not so strong.

Good location and a quiet oasis with a nice pool, well manicured gardens and pedestrian rooms that have seen better days, but still just about pass muster. The gym is an ancient relic...broken machines, no water or aircon... they need to fix this. Breakfast was very good... and staff officious but friendly. Little annoyances like, "we can only spare one extra pillow, not two" are more funny than anything else. One for any shortlist when visiting Hoi An.
