Impressed from the first time I stayed
The room is comfortable and fully equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful. And I would like to compliment receptionist Katy, Tracey, Lucy and Therapist Ba. They are very friendly. I came alone, but I didn't feel lonely. I could talk, ask questions or ask for advice from them. She was eager to help me. Even though she didn't have information, she would try to find information for me. Those things made me feel very relaxed. The location is convenient. The facilities are clean and so comfortable. And I came to massage everyday I stayed there. I like everything that I will come back to stay.

If Hoi An is one of places in your vacation plan in Vietnam, I recommend this hotel to you all. I stayed here 3 days and 2 nights, everything was so nice : friendly receptionists, clean and big room, nice swimming pool, reasonable price,….🥰

Stay here for 1 night. Because I keep try all Hotel and Villa in Da Nang and Hoi An. This not bad. Free bicycle to ride. I went to Coconut Forest use bicycle around 25-30min from Villa. . I use twin bed and the bad think is room number 104 was so hot the AC I think didn’t work. So we ask a fan for the room. Only AC not work. Otherwise all great.

Our stay at Hoi An Riverside was good, overall! The ladies at the front desk, Ms. Katy and Ms. Lily, were so helpful and kind. The rooms are large and clean, each with their own balconies. It's a 20-minute walk on the scenic river-trail to Old Town, but Grab was also super convenient. The hotel is located in a more residential area, so we did get the sounds of chickens and dogs from the neighboring properties. The hotel also arranged a car to pick us up and take us to the airport for an extra fee. The price we paid to stay was on-par for the quality of the accommodation.

The staff was not that friendly. At first they contact whether i want 7-seats car service from my airport to this hotel for 450,000VND. I said how about from my danang hotel to this hotel, they said 350,000VND. I was okay and booked my car. The next day when i confirm this is a 7-seats car or not, they said no, this price is for 4seats car. But the point is we were talking about 7-seats car since the beginning!! Luckily i double checked!
Breakfast was bad, i almost puke.
Also, the staffs were not that friendly and welcoming. The area is kinda remote and not convenient. Also, i felt like my blanket was not that clean, it smells bad.
The bathroom was large and has a huge tub. Design was nice, but thats ALL.
Overall, the experience was not that good as pictures.

I personally booked this resort because of pool and bathtub !! I really enjoyed pool ~ this might sound silly but I dont like bugs and lizards! I wanted to use bathtub but I saw lizards in that and didnt use it at all in my 2 nights trip !!! this is personal experience and preference but lizards and bugs are literally everywhere and I think its because the villas are very near to Agriculture fields so leaving this part. the breakfast , service , location everything is perfect!
