I stayed at this cute hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, the hotel receptionist said that an email had been received from Agoda and that your reservation had been canceled. We arrived tired from our journey, and the only empty room was a room with two double beds. With the help of the very kind receptionist, we were able to get the room. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small and clean. Overall, it's a small hotel. The room didn't have a refrigerator, but there was no need for one. The hotel breakfast was ordinary and good. It has a small pool. The hotel's location is a twenty-minute walk from the city river with its lantern boats, cafes, and restaurants. We rode this route on the hotel's bicycles, which was very interesting.

Excellent hotel with great spacious rooms + nice beds + luxurous bathroom and a relaxed balcony. Very much enjoyed the delicious breakfast as well. But best of all were the super helpful and friendly staff. Within walking distance of the centre, but still in a relatively chill local neighbourhood. Many bicycles available too! Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, very accommodating with an early breakfast due to tour, great clean room, complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries, Wi-Fi, lovely fresh omelette for breakfast, plus fresh fruit (and veges), only 15mins walk down to the shopping precinct

Great hotel and services. Best value for money.
The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around.
There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay.
Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab.

Well located outside 15 -20 min walk from the old town away from the crowds. Staff were very helpful and provided good advice on the town. Clean rooms and which were freshened everyday. While we didn’t use the offer of free bike hire it was welcomed. Good included breakfast with both western and Vietnamese options available. Literally 2 or 3 doors from convenience stores. Pool was nice but weather was a bit cold to use it for too long. Kids enjoyed it though. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Out Family of 5 loved this place. The room was really nice and clean. Very modern and calm. We had a nice balcony with furniture.
Staff is super nice and helpfull.
Good breakfast buffet. We ate on the porch and it was really nice

Nice
It was a nice place to stay. Our kids enjoyed playing in the pool. It is about a 20 minute walk to the ancient town. My only complaint was that it advertised king beds on the listing. We were traveling as a family of 6 and the room definitely was not big enough and the beds were more like queens at best. If going with a group of 6 I would definitely get two rooms!

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Hotel receptionist was informative and explain to us how to travel around this area with a map. They also recommend nearby food for us to try too. There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby with cooking class. Also provide bicycle for us to cycle around the area for free but noted that one of the aft wheel is wobbly when we cycle so it’s best to check before u cycle off. There are many convenience store nearby too. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hoi An again.

The room was clean and comfortable with balcony. I really appreciated the hot shower and air cond after long days of touring. I was very impressed with the breakfast buffet. The staff are very thoughtful and kind. I really appreciated the use of free bicycles to explore Hoi An. I had a problem with my flight from Da Nang yo Ho Chi Minh, the hotel owner personally helped me call the airline and sorted the problem - I was so appreciative. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
