Really nice hotel in the center of town but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and get plenty of light from big windows or balconies. The bed was very comfortable. I was able to walk everywhere in town within 5 or 10 minutes.

The location is great. Great value for money.
This is my third time going to Hoi An. There is no place like this place.
The night market is very close and the owner is very friendly.
It's perfect except for having to climb the stairs in the kitchen and smelling cooking every time you eat.
It's so pretty even if you just open the window at the accommodation.

The Covered Bridge, the night market, and the old town are all within a 10-minute walk. The view from the room was amazing, and the room with the balcony was very nice. All the rooms have automatic locks, so you can stay safely.
The staff were all kind and friendly. I'll definitely use this hotel again the next time I stay in Hoi An.

Very nice, quiet and cozy place. Comfortable beds in our family room with balcony. I is a small hotel shared with a lovely family and their boys Bill and Ben. Very close to all activities within walking distance. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place.

This was our first Homestay and I can honestly say it was great! It's on a quiet street and very close to the night market. Room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable...and to top it off you got a super breakfast. The hosts were very friendly. I certainly can highly recommend this place.

Fantastic place to stay. Quiet and close to the old district. Hosts are so kind and attentive. They lent us bikes to explore the neighboring island and even booked a sleeping bus for us. Just perfect. Thank you - Mario and Janick

We were very happy with our stay at Bill Ben Homestay – very friendly and helpful family, good location, nice and clean, lots of hot water and a tasty breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had a great size balcony where we could sit and read and unwind after a busy time exploring Hoi An. An Bang beach was worth a visit and we would recommend trying Bia Hoi at the Chips n fish n stuff bar just a few minutes walk from Bill Ben.

Would really recommend staying here if you are going to Hoi An! Perfect location, super close to everything, big rooms with a sunny balcony. Our beds were made every day, and the towels were also changed. Great breakfast included, you choose one dish and one drink out of a few options such as fried eggs, omelett, banana pancakes, coffee and fresh juice. The couple who run the homestay are the sweetest, and will help you with everything you need. Felt like they were our extra parents while staying in Hoi An, haha. Also booked some excursions through them, and rented bicycles to go to the An Bang beach. They organized our ride to the airport as well for a really good price. (300.000 VND)
