Pros: Fantastic stay in this city and at this hotel. What astonished me the most was that Hue was more than just urbanized. And your lovely reaction to the anime I love (Doraemon) after I happily showed you a snack bag also depicting anime plots. Bought at Winmart nearby. ☺
Cons: Dear future guests planning to stay... don't forget to clean up oily snack bags or sugary cans thoroughly before putting them into a trash bin or else you will see a large number of tiny ants... swarming, oh well, another bug's life lol! 😂

Скрипят и с трудом закрываются двери. Комната должна была быть с окном и видом на сад. В итоге хозяйка сказала, что соседи построили дом на месте сада, поэтому вида нет (но и окна нормального в комнате тоже не было, из-за чего был затхлый запах).
В комнате есть вентилятор и кондиционер, не жарко.
Шум днем, так как хозяева находятся дома, но это понятно, так как это не отель, а Homestay. Вайфай не очень хорошо работает, видеозвонки подвисали.
Душ, как и во всей Азии, течет по всему полу ванной комнаты.
На ночь закрыли калитку, пришлось в 10 вечера звонить в звонок, чтобы открыли, но может это и плюс.
Наш номер включал завтрак. Выбора нет, предложили омлет либо яичница с багетом и кофе/чай, банан. Достаточно, чтобы плотно позавтракать.
Прочитали в отзывах, что хозяйка дает бесплатно велосипед на прокат. Сама не предложила, но мы спросили, и она дала. Она также предоставляет мотобайки, но уже платно.
После выселения хозяйка предложила также оставить чемоданы у нее, пока мы гуляем. Часто интересовалась, все ли хорошо и какие у нас планы.

В целом неплохо, расположение удачное, в тихом районе. Магазины и кафе в шаговой доступности. До исторического центра ходили пешком, на пляж отель бесплатно предоставляет велосипеды. Хозяйка добродушная, завтраки немного однообразные, но вкусные. Смена полотенец по требованию. Есть большой балкон со столом и стульями. Приемлемая скорость интернета.

Phoenix Homestay — приятный и доступный вариант недалеко от центра Хойана. Всё просто, но со вкусом: чистые номера без излишеств, хороший Wi-Fi, включён завтрак — яйца в разных вариациях и вьетнамский кофе. Рядом есть кафе, магазины, а до Старого города — всего несколько минут на бесплатном велосипеде. Отличный выбор для бюджетного и комфортного отдыха.

I only stayed here my last 2 nights in Hoi An but was very happy with it. The owners were nice and helpful. The room is nice with a bath, balcony and good wifi. The location was good with a couple of good convenience stores close. The old town was just a 15 minute walk. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

My Stay at Phoenix Homestay from 17th - 19th April 2024 was fantastic. The owner Emily was so kind and welcoming . The whole property was so well designed & decorated with paintings & plants which feels like home away from home . The breakfast in the morning was very nice to start my day. I highly recommend phoenix homestay to everyone who visits Hoi An as it's a beautiful property & very quiet as well. Emily also arranged our drop to Da Nang airport from her place which was very smooth. Emily thank you so much for everything, you made our stay so wonderful at your home. Will surely visit again and recommend to all my friends visiting Hoi An.
