The doors creak and are hard to close. The room was supposed to have a window and a view of the garden. In the end, the owner said that the neighbors built a house on the site of the garden, so there is no view (but there was no normal window in the room either, which is why there was a musty smell). There is a fan and air conditioning in the room, it is not hot. Noise during the day, since the owners are at home, but this is understandable, since this is not a hotel, but a Homestay. Wi-Fi does not work very well, video calls were hanging. The shower, like in all of Asia, leaks all over the bathroom floor. They closed the gate at night, we had to ring the doorbell at 10 pm to open it, but maybe this is a plus. Our room included breakfast. No choice, they offered an omelet or scrambled eggs with a baguette and coffee / tea, banana. Enough for a hearty breakfast. We read in the reviews that the owner gives a free bike for rent. She didn't offer it herself, but we asked, and she gave it to us. She also provides motorbikes, but for a fee. After checking out, the hostess also offered to leave our suitcases with her while we walked around. She often asked if everything was okay and what our plans were.

Phoenix Homestay — приятный и доступный вариант недалеко от центра Хойана. Всё просто, но со вкусом: чистые номера без излишеств, хороший Wi-Fi, включён завтрак — яйца в разных вариациях и вьетнамский кофе. Рядом есть кафе, магазины, а до Старого города — всего несколько минут на бесплатном велосипеде. Отличный выбор для бюджетного и комфортного отдыха. Bon rapport qualité-prix Hôtel familiale de 5 chambres. La propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Choissisez de préférence la chambre avec balcon, la petite difference de prix en vaut grandement la peine. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville mais il y a un prêt de vélo gratuit ou une location de scooter à petit prix. Les serviettes de bain sont changées tout les jours sur demande, par contre le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours. Il n'y a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner et pas de bouteilles d'eau gratuites. C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour 2 ou 3 jours maximum.
