Grace River Villa Hoi An

My family and I enjoyed our stay right here in Grace River Villa Hoi An! Quiet, peaceful and they have a wide spread choice to choose from for breakfast! Highly recommend to stay here for anyone visiting Hoi An even if it’s for a few days!

Where do I start? From check in to check out we just felt like we were at home! Situated a short walk from the main road, Grace River Villa is a quiet, friendly, welcoming retreat. The staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are lovely and cool, and there is so much to see and do in the area! We are wishing now that we were spending the last part of our trip here rather than travelling to Ho Chi Minh City! Thank you to our new friends for making our stay so special!!!

Only a few reviews because this modern and elegant hotel is new, but “amazing” is fully justified. The hotel is super clean, full of light, with a real - and so refreshing - pool. Located on an island you only need to cross a small bridge and you’re already at the market of the old town, 5 minutes! Being on an island, it’s super quiet, traffic won’t keep you awake. Actually, you’d better set your alarm because you don’t want to miss the hotel’s breakfast. You have a choice. But whatever you choose, you’ll love what they’ll bring you, and you’ll love how nicely food is presented. Then you can borrow one of their free good-quality bikes, and off you go. The owners and the staff are genuinely friendly, and have a good knowledge of English. The owner himself is a real francophone, so if you don’t trust your English, but know French, pas de problème. It’s a no-brainer, if you choose this hotel, you can’t be disappointed.

We loved our 8 night stay at Grace River Villa. The hotel is lovely and modern and very clean. Daily breakfasts were delicious and the hosts are very friendly. The hotel is located a short walk away from the old town, so it is lovely and quiet. I would stay here again.

Within 10 minutes walk of Hoi An old town, the Grace River Villa was a fantastic location for my wife and I. We have been on honeymoon and we were so well taken care of by Quoc. He is a great host and made everything very simple for us. The Villa itself is lovely, very clean and comfortable with internet connected tv’s, great en-suite shower, air con and very comfy bed. A well stocked minibar at local prices too. Breakfast is pre-ordered and perfectly presented each morning. Towels are available at reception to bring to the local beach or using at the pool side. The pool offers a welcome relief from the sting of heat in September. Our trip averaged 30 degrees with humidity hovering around 85%. We developed a new level of appreciation for the air conditioned room! Through our host Quoc, we arranged a day trip snorkelling tour, a morning-long cooking class and rental of a scooter for a couple of days so we could explore the region. Again everything was at local prices but offered with Quoc’s level of service and attention to detail. After nearly three weeks of honeymoon around Asia we’ve found Hoi An to offer the best food, friendliness and hospitality and the Grace River villa is a location we look forward to return too.
