Great central location in the old town with many bars and restaurants a short walk away. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The guesthouse is in a perfect location for a beach holidays and we appreciated the fact that there are a lot of good eateries within walking distance. It is also easy and quick to go to Hoi'an by taxi, around 10 minutes. The guesthouse is older and smaller than what I was expecting but it is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony and we would have liked to have a rack to hang our swimsuits after a day spent at the beach. Our room, located on the third floor, was really quiet and we had no difficulty to sleep. Breakfast is pretty basic but fresh.

- I have to rate the male staff here 5 stars (enthusiastic, thoughtful, funny, friendly, etc.)
- Convenient location, 2 minutes walk to the beach
- The room is nice, but the bathroom furniture is a bit old but not significant (please be careful with the hot water in the shower)
- Delicious breakfast
- Affordability
- Nice swimming pool
- I hope to stay at a new hotel when I come back next year ^^

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also 200 meters from the beach.
There is one disadvantage: the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold and the fan didn't work. Unfortunately, nothing was done about this.

It was the best accommodation of this trip.
1 minute walk to Anbang Beach and the room is clean.
Above all, the staff was very friendly.
Next time I go, I definitely plan to use it again.
