A lovely, well priced family run hotel just 2 minutes walk to the river and lantern boats, and to restaurants and places for a cold drink. The rooms are clean and the balcony is sweet overlooking the street below. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great - thank you so much Hoa!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main canal area in a lovely quiet street. It was so budget friendly for our Australian family of 4. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! Thank you Square Villa!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Very close to the old town but also quiet. We loved going out into the local countryside on the free bikes. The breakfast was delicious and very good value. We would definitely come back here

Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. I won't forget this place.

Staff amiable, consistently helpful and resourceful. Walkable distance to many shops and eateries. Free bike ride. Amenities: impeccable. Tasty styling in the decor, near high tech room niceties… room service every day… a five star bathroom and on and on
It would be a 6 star if there were an elevator in the building

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas.
The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem!
The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable.
The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels.
Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option.

We loved this little place. Location is perfect. Short walk into town and away from the noise. Room was great and service was very good. Good laundry service available . Great cafe down the road - Cam Coffee. Another great coffee place - Roving chill house - short taxi or bike ride away set in the paddy fields - felt really relaxing being out of town

We stayed 1 night at Square Villa . The location is perfect when its near to Hoian Old quarter. The room was supper clean and the bedding was so soft, we can totally sleep in without the noises from the street. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
