Royal Mansion Boutique Hoi An

It was a great start to our Vietnam trip when we checked in to the Royal Mansion Hotel. They gave us an early check-in because there was a room ready. The hotel staff was very friendly and could speak decent English. Hotel room It was highly underrated for the quality and cleanliness that we got. Great movie channels. The air conditioning and hot water were fantastic. It's a bit of a climb cz there are only stairs available but it wasn't too bad since our room was on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was fairly limited, but whatever that was served tasted good. Location wise, the hotel is just about a 5 to 10 minutes ride to the Hoi An Square. Ordering a grab is also easy. So, no complaints there Overall, it is a really underrated hotel with great amenities for the price we are paying.

Our flight landed in to Da Nang at 11pm so we pre arranged airport pickup with the hotel, it was straight forward, easy and reasonable price. The driver they booked for us was so welcoming and professional. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight on the ***** new year, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome even though they were working during their holiday - we received a welcome drink and free room upgrade from Kelvin due to being first guests of the new year. The hotel decor is stunning and we were blown away. We met Anna the next day who greeted us at breakfast and shown us all options, gave us advice for the local area, we used the free bikes to go around the town and later hired a moped from the hotel too. There was nothing more that the staff here could have done for us, we’ve stayed in many 4-5* hotels and this one is by far the most impressive service we have been provided. Every time we walked through reception they had a genuine interest to ensure you’re enjoying your time - if you slept well, if the water temp is ok, if you have any plans for the day etc. When leaving we were also given a small gift from Kelvin for ***** new year! We actually almost didn’t book because it had no reviews this year but took the chance and I’m glad we did, I could go on forever with positive comments on this hotel. The only reason there are no reviews is because they opened 8months before covid hit and have only just re opened a few weeks ago, hopefully business picks up for them. Thank you Anna and Kelvin for our stay, and all other staff, chefs and cleaner❤️

Had the best time staying here. The pool, the amazing staff and the bikes made our trip special. If you stay here, make sure to check out cafe 68 across the road for great chat. Harry hooked us up with everything we needed. Everyone loved it can’t wait to come back.

We had wonderful stay at the Royal Mansion. What great value for money. The rooms: large extremely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with rain shower, gorgeous bath and toilet. There was also a desk area, air con, safe, wardrobe and fridge. Water bottles replenished free daily. We also had a little balcony area. The hotel: had a beautiful pool area to relax in and free bike hire to get you around if needed. The breakfast had a good selection of both Western and Vietnamese options. Staff were attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The hotel was located in a nice area and was around a 20 minute bike ride to the old town area. We personally preferred this as we got to see both sides to Hoi An. The beaches are within easy reach by bike or taxis which were cheap.

We stayed at this newly reopened hotel post Covid and the staff could not be a y more helpful. When I took ill with heat stroke, they rushed out to rescue me and my family. Our bikes were returned by scooter and I was offered such kind service. The pool is lovely and bathrooms, with substantial vath a bonus. Our laundry was washed and folded beautifully and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Beautiful hotel, pool is nice, room was very comfortable with a good ensuite. Staff were fantastic, we dealt mostly with Tamie who was delightful. Very helpful, welcoming and incredibly kind. Breakfast was very good. Buffet was not available during our stay however we were served a platter of cold meats, a variety of fruit, bread, cheese along with a few smaller bits which was wonderful and very tasty. Location is not ideal in relation to Hoi An old town however grab taxis are relatively inexpensive and the hotel does offer free bicycle use if you are comfortable cycling into town. All in all a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel for a very reasonable price.

We had a great stay at the Royal Mansion. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The two receptionists were very friendly and helpful as were all the other staff. A very friendly lady served a delicious breakfast with plenty of choice and a different extra special treat each morning. The rooms were great and so was the pool even if it is a little on the small side. The location is a 10 minute bike ride from the old town and easy 20 minute ride to Ah Bang beach. We paid less then $40 AUS a night which we thought was exceptional value.

We had wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. There is a beautiful small pool area. You can use the free bikes which is very useful. Nice breakfast. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When we had a small issue in our room they immediately gave us a new room. It's a nice location (small bike ride to old town). And very good price, excellent value for money!
