We loved our stay at Villa Orchid. We felt that the staff were calm and warm to our family. The breakfasts were a nice part of our visit, because they would make the breakfast when we ordered. Our children loved it as well. The pool area was small, but serene and beautiful. The bikes were a lovely addition to our stay. Because the garden was so lush and green, we would occasionally find frogs and other awesome creatures. It was a nice experience for us and the kids. We’re also happy that our 5-year old girl celebrated her birthday there and they brought in a nice cake for her, which was very thoughtful of them. Love from Robert, Jennifer, Noel and Naomi.

My family and I loved staying at Orchid Garden Riverside Villa while visiting Hoi An. The location and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water, soft beds and air-conditioning. My only complaints were that the access road is currently under construction (not their fault) and the power outlets in the rooms are a little difficult to use. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for being so kind and lovely. The food and drinks at the cafe are delicious :)

Fantastic property, a short 10-minute bike ride to the Old Town (Bikes are free to use at Orchid Villa). Rooms are clean and tidy, and the garden setting around the pool is perfect. Breakfast is ample and best of all is Nguyen and Ly, both were always happy and eager to help with whatever you need. Ly even surprised us with a cake for our wedding anniversary! We will definitely stay again as we were treated like family.

A quiet oasis away from the bustle of the town but just a short 15 minutes walk to the old town and 15 bike ride to the beach. A few restaurants and bars in the local area too. The staff are very friendly and will help with all you enquires,booking trips etc rooms are spacious with air con.

We stayed 3 nights at the Villa Orchid Garden Riverside. We had a comfortable room with a view of the river. The air conditioning worked. The best part is the personal service. We were assisted with airport transportation and tickets for the Hanoi A memories show. The food is also great. I especially enjoyed the pineapple pancake, and we also had very comforting pho after a long and wet day trip. We were treated with kindness and warmth. Highly recommend.

If you are after an authentic Hoi An stay with a touch of luxury then this is the place! I stayed here for 8 nights with my two adult children and friend and we didn’t want to leave. Fantastic location with a family run business that really looks after you. The owner is also the chef and the breakfasts were a real highlight. We had a family room and my friend had a single room. The family room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My friend’s apartment had a separate kitchen/dining area. I don’t normally listen to local recommendation but Nguyên and Ly are locals who really know the best places to eat/shop/visit. No request is too much and they will go out of their way to make you have the best Hoi An experience. I have stayed here twice now and highly recommended!

Villa Orchid was the ABSOLUTE BEST place to stay. We had actually booked to stay somewhere else as we hadn't planned to be in Hoi An so long so we booked this place to stay first. In the end we cancelled our other hotel as this was the best place, and the staff were so lovely and kind. Our room was perfect as we were 2 friends, so had 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious, especially when I got sick, and was able to just chill out on my own. Lee, one of the lovely staff there so very kindly made me a very healing ginger rice Konji,which she did out of the kindness of her heart.It was the best thing and so nourishing.I will never forget her kindness, and also all of her suggestions and recommendations. Everyone was so lovely there that I would absolutely highly recommend to stay there. It's quiet, away from the hustle and bustle,BUT a very short bicycle ride (which are free to use) into the centre. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
