Great place to stay. The rooms are a good size and clean. The breakfast was nice and we had to order the night before. We asked for a packed breakfast one day, and it was above and beyond. Borrowed the bikes to go to the beach a few times. Close to great Vietnamese food. Loved our stay in Hoi An.

It was difficult to find the entrance (it is round the back of the building, access is via the 1 car park entrance/exit so have to watch out). The later 12pm checkout and breakfast times 7- 11am was convenient. The breakfast was tasty. Hotel is located 2 mins walk from the tram 8/9 stop called Akademia Muzyczna. There's lots of buses serving nearby to/fro the city centre. Or you can walk 15 mins.

One of the nicest places we have stayed in Vietnam, rooms are very clean, air conditioning works perfectly, our host was so good with everything, the breakfast was perfect every morning, the pancakes were the best I’ve tried, we got out Laundry done and anything we asked was no problem. Also cooked us a meal before we left on a long sleeper bus.,We even wanted to go to a gym one of the days we stayed and our host took us herself on her own bike, Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)

This hotel was in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the Old Town with its great restaurants,cafes, tourist and craft shops and of course the Christmas Market. Its situated within the Music Academy grounds.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful and only a couple of minutes away from the old town. Cosy, clean, calm with an indescribably helpful and kind staff. The receptionists helped me out with so many things and were so nice, professional, and service-minded. I didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was really good. The only thing that bothered me was that there weren't any descriptive tags by the dishes which can make it a bit difficult to figure out what you can have if you're a vegetarian/vegan. I imagine it must be even harder for those with allergies. The vegetarian options were pretty tasty though.

Beautiful accommodation, modern with very well appointed fixtures and furnishings. The atmosphere of the hotel was one of peace and quite. Would rebook this accommodation on my next trip to this area. More importantly then the accommodation is the Host, Hieu. The most amazing and helpful host I've found. From great fresh breakfast's in the morning, to booking tickets to local shows and tours. Nothing was a problem, even taking me to the local Atm when needed.

The best hotel in Hoi An, incredible price/quality! The owner is super nice & helpful, the food is great and the location is a small (rather nice) walk away from the city center & old town ! Would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Hoi An !

Everything was nice

Hotel well located in the historic center. Cleaning. Friendly staff. Very good food at the restaurant. Diversified breakfast. secure parking. I warmly recommend the choice!

It’s hard to be happy at a hotel where there is no air conditioning, at the top floor and a hot day. The room was a sauna with just a small misplaced window. The room smelled musty.

Good location on foot you can easily reach the old city and the riverfront. The convenience of parking. Fair breakfast with only salty
