A cosy little hotel, strategically located in the Old Town. Near to many places of interest yet not noisy. It is beautifully decorated with many shelves of books. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. He gave us tips on places to visit and we get a discount on these places too. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. But do keep your insect repellent handy.

Balcony was quite nice. I had terrible violent food poisoning while I was in Hoi An so can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t eat it. Shower was only hot for like 5 minutes. Location is good and room was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the hotel are very kind. The hotel is in a quiet location, and the beds are good to sleep on. Unfortunately, the equipment is a bit old, some wooden furniture needs repair, and there is a lot of dust in the corners.

I am confused, for the first time I don't know how to rate the hotel. The location is wonderful, it is in the old city. The furniture is good, stylish. But everything is so old, I thought it was an old hotel, but it was 2015. The owner needs to improve the cleaning service, the furniture needs to be cleaned, the cabinet doors and the balcony blinds need to be adjusted. I stayed for 1 night and did not unpack my things. I did not want to.
The staff tries, of course. Very friendly.
The buffet is very modest, while I was eating, a cockroach was sitting next to me, I had to watch where it would crawl))) in the end I put a chair on it
In my opinion, the price for this hotel is still too high
