We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was helpful in arranging a pick up from the airport. The rooms are very damp and humid. The first room we were given was overwhelming and the second seemed to have covered the smell better. The shower room is in the bed space and there’s a gap between the walls which is probably contributing to the smell. The bath tub has mould around it. The walk into Hoi An is around 25-30 minutes. We had the breakfast on the first day and then gave it a miss for the rest. The swimming pool looked nice and picturesque. They have a laundry service and bikes available to use. Personally I’d give this place a miss and do some research around the area.

Super super nice and friendly staff, perfect location, good quality building complex in a beautiful garden. We stayed one full week and enjoyed very much. Bicycles are available for free, a great way to explore Hoi An and environment.

Very kind staff, nice clean and cute room and awesome cooking tour. The staff helped to arrange a cooking class for us which was very nice. Laundry service was quick and nice and breakfast was good. The room is very big and the decoration made it really cosy

This hotel was less than average. The room we got wasn’t like the cute ones in the pictures, it was plain and ordinary, which was fine because we were only there to sleep. The staff wanted nothing to do with us once they realized we already had a few tours booked and wouldn’t need their services. The incident that made our stay poor was their laundry service. The first time we used it, it was just for a few items. When they were returned, they didn’t look clean but had a heavy perfumed smell. The second time we sent laundry out, it was apparent that it wasn’t washed, just sprayed with a strong deodorizer spray. We talked to the woman at the front desk and they reviewed the cameras. The laundry was NOT washed, just tossed into a dryer. This makes me believe that their towels and sheets aren’t properly washed either. My husband also found toenail clippings on his bedside table. We will never stay here again.

Honestly I don’t have words to say how lovely this stay was the hotel was beautiful the staff are amazing if ever I owned a hotel I would want those staff working for me they are a credit We wanted to loads around Hoi an and they took the stress of booking everything away recommendations for places to eat drink and what to watch out for It was so personalised every day I was asked if my stay was still ok and if there was anything they could do to make it better I was sad upon leaving so lovely

Absolute gem of a hotel in Hoi An, just sitting outside the old town is this beautiful little hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfy, lovely balcony facing the garden as well. The staff are lovely and will do anything for you, the breakfast was just perfect a coffee and little light snack to start the day. The pool was just what you needed after a long day of sight seeing. The best part for me was the bikes, plenty of free bikes to borrow for the day and explore the beach or old town, we even started cycling to our tour location pick up points to see more of this amazing place. Highly recommend this hotel, it’s about 2km outside the old town but very easily accessible. Thank you so much for our stay, we will definitely stay here again.

The staff at blooms are very friendly and welcoming they also were keen to help organise activities for a relaxing stay. The rooms are nice- basic. The aircon was good but not super powerful in the night. Nice big pool area. And cost anywhere from 50,000vnd to 100,000 to get in and out of old town by taxi, which was good.

Had a great 2 night stay at Blooms Boutique. Staff was lovely, rooms were clean and pool was beautiful. Only downside was the breakfast which was very minimal and not a buffet which was expected. It was around a 8 minute 50,000 taxi ride into old town which was only option due to no restaurants near hotel.
