Beautiful place. Good view from the balcony. Nice hosts. Breakfast has different options — I had a really big plate of rice. As for cleanness, everything was good except for someone’s hair in the bathroom trash bin and light smell of mold in the room

Lovely place to stay, great breakfast and good coffee!
Very friendly and accommodating hosts, and the room was beautiful. Really nice quiet location just out of the city, amazing value for money. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

You can stay here if you are traveling by yourself. It is quite close to Hoi An Ancient Town by bike. The boss lady also has motorcycles for rent, but you need to pay attention to safety. The traffic is very chaotic, so make good use of the horn. The room is clean and acceptable, but it is a bit damp and smelly. Just turn on the air conditioner. It is okay if you don't mind. The room price is cheap, and the breakfast is cooked to order.
