This villa is located about five kilometers from Hoi An Old Town. It sits next to several rice paddies, and is away from any noise of the city. It really is a retreat. I really appreciated that. You will need a bike/motorbike to get to more populated areas. The hotel actually has its own bicycle for free, which you can conveniently take to the beach or ancient city, both a few kms away, in opposite directions. As for the property itself, its a nice complex with some a dozen units and a pool in the middle. All of them have a comfortable terrace to relax on. The pool is great, warm water. Inside the room is decorated beautifully, for my taste. There's a big bed and nice shower area. And there's a bathtub outside, like out of that old Cialis commercial. Very posh. AC is good, WiFi is reliable. Not a lot of stores nearby, so you'd be wise to get food delivered. This is a great place to rest; I highly recommend.

Overall, it’s good. Love the pool , bathtub and I love the room. With this kind of room, I think it’s worth spending it. I don’t want to check out honestly. I’ve got rest in the hotel. The environment is quiet. There is a minor renovation going around in the hotel. But doesn’t really disturb me. It’s a bit far from the hoi an old city. But grab, is the only option to go in old city.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely kind, even though I don’t speak Vietnamese like at all so hard for me. The en suite bathtub was outstanding, and there were no tricks or surprises. The Internet was fast and efficient and if I get the chance, I’d stay there again! Thank you so much for your kindness & patience.

Nice little hotel among the fields, nice pool, big room with access to the pool, quiet, very nice, close to the beach by bike, old town a little further. You can take a bike and ride around the area, for example to the coconut village with round boats.

During my trip to Vietnam, this hotel turned out to be the most comfortable.
It is a real villa with a huge room, a large balcony with comfortable chairs and a stylish bathroom. Very quiet and calm.
The bed is large with the cleanest and new bed linen, it was a pleasure to sleep!
There is a cafe next to the hotel, where I tried many new dishes of local cuisine - delicious and quite inexpensive.
The service staff is very friendly and helpful.
The availability of bicycles will allow you to take walks around the area.
And if the weather does not allow you to take a bike ride, you can order an inexpensive taxi and go to the place you need.
