What a wonderful find, this homestay is perfectly situated for exploring Hoi An yet away from the busy tourist streets. My room was on the ground floor overlooking the little pool which was perfect for cooling off after a long days travel. The family were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended

Mainly good. Know that the stairs are a tight fit for medium or larger bags with railings that straps get caught on. Top floor rooms share the floor with the home stay's laundry area and room with bathroom is between rooms without and the shared bathroom so getting woken up by doors opening and closing needs to be tolerated.
Swimming pool is a shallow dunk pool with no direct sunlight.
Short walk to the night market.

Centrally located, street not too noisy. Hotel has several buildings and I was in the one c pool on main floor. My double room on 3rd floor had everything I needed plus a balcony with lanterns that can be turned on At night. It was especially beautiful on the balcony because of the full moon. Bathroom was shared c two other rooms, was close and never occupied when I needed it. The manager was very helpful when asked for information and speaks good English. Rental bikes were in good operating condition, laundry service was excellent. It was heartwarming and delightful to see the children and their friends who live there.
