Cat Tien Villa

This is the first time I met the lovely owner, z, the room is clean, airy and beautiful. The special thing is that the owner introduced me to places to go out and experienced many new activities, and gave me very enthusiastic advice. Good service, will come back again

It's very nice here. I stayed 4 nights and just wanted to stay more. The room is new, very clean and cleaned every day, every day when I come home it's still pristine. They were extremely enthusiastic, willing to lend me things and show me wherever I wanted. There is a small garden in the back which is very chill. The owner also cooks Cao Lau herself and invites customers to eat it every week. It's more delicious and richer than many other restaurants. Here, going into town or to the beach is more than 2km, extremely fast. Quiet enough to rest too. There is also a very clean swimming pool.

I'm delighted to share my feedback at Cat Tien Villa, the wonderful guesthouse where I'm staying in Hoi An. Working remotely, I need a quiet and bright place, and here it all comes together, and even more ! I found in this accommodation much more than I expected. The villa embodies the modernity, cleanliness, and brightness that it is sometimes difficult to find in accommodation in Vietnam. The owners are a wonderful couple in their thirties, Kieu and Bo, and they have a funny 3-year-old daughter. After spending a month here, and as I still have several weeks before returning to France, I decided to extend my stay here for another month! The couple attaches particular importance to the cleanliness of every corner of the house. The house is new and so well maintained. On returning you first arrive at the swimming pool which is also impeccably clean, and which is really very pleasant for cooling off when it is hot. On the ground floor, I always appreciate the brightness of the living room and the white marble on the floor. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything necessary. I don't really cook but Kieu showed me several recipes and also invited me several times to share their meal. I also accompanied her several times to go shopping at the market, and they were truly unique moments. I also had the great pleasure of spending the Tet holidays with them, and with their entire family. They give me the opportunity to discover their way of life and their traditions; their warmth and smile are omnipresent. The rooms upstairs are also really very good, new, spacious, all with balcony, wardrobe, a long desk with several drawers, a small fridge too, really everything you need to store things and be comfortable. In each room there is also everything you need to make tea or coffee with a kettle, and they also kindly provided me with a Vietnamese coffee maker. The bathrooms are also very new and modern like the rest of the house, and of course the bedding is comfortable!! The drinking water tap in the kitchen is very nice, it allows me to continue using my water bottle and limit the purchase of plastic water bottles. At the back of the house there is a very pleasant garden, and a vegetable garden where the family grows fruit and vegetables. It’s also in the garden that they invited me several times to share a barbecue with them! I can also use the washing machine; the rooftop is great for hanging out laundry and there is a magnificent view of the fields and nature. I am so delighted to have discovered this place, it is a perfect balance between the happiness of sharing moments of conviviality with the family, while having the possibility of being alone and calm in my room, the wifi is perfect for the needs of my remote job. This is clearly the best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, bright and with all the necessary equipment (hot water, kettle, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) and impeccably clean. The setting is magnificent, a stone's throw from the rice fields and the swimming pool brings real charm to this “house”. The owners are incredibly kind and will not hesitate to help and advise you. Don't hesitate, it's clearly one of the best guesthouses in Vietnam, if not THE best!!

A very wonderful villa. The space is airy but very fully equipped. The room is spacious and has a very beautiful view. It's like immersing yourself in nature in the heart of the old town. There are adequate means of transportation so it is very convenient to move. My family really likes her. If I have a chance to come back, I will definitely still stay here. Thank
