Very happy with the service provided by Jessi from the day we check in to check out . She is very attentive and friendly ! The hotel is very clean and spacious . Breakfast has a big variety and not busy . We will be here again if we are back in Hoian . Thank you Jessie for your service !

First of all, I would like to say that I never expected such a hospitality, the art work, atmosphere, and the staff politeness towards our family. Special thanks to Ms. Luna, she even gifted our 1 year old some gift to bring back home, suggested nearby shops, some thing to do at our next stop. Overall rating: 1. Cleanliness 9.5/10 2. The room is very nice, Jessi at the reception is super helpful! She arranged shuttle bus for us to old town, booked spa downstairs and we had enjoyed a welcome afternoon tea with some traditional Vietnamese cakes, it’s such a great experience to try local desserts. What’s more, the breakfast in here is so amazingly good I can say the quality is the best in the trip even comparing to those 5 stars hotels in town! The spa and two pools are nice! We had 60 mins oil massage with a very reasonable price! Tina, Sam and VY are taking care of the family and the service is just amazing! We had a wonderful trip experience with staying in this hotel and we will definitely come visit again for the good services, nice food and hotel room :)

amazing stay here! especially loved the breakfast variety! Aui and Van and Suly was very helpful throughout our stay : ) though feel that its abit far from old town, but they offer free shuttle bus service hourly so its okay!

Lily served us during our stay. She was attentive and friendly as well. My room was upgraded and it was nice. The only thing is that the shape of the bed makes it hard to go up and down. The breakfast is good.
