Hoianian Central Villa

Located a few minutes from the Old Town the accommodation is like spending time with your family instead of another informal hotel. The owners go out of there way to help you and make you feel comfortable explaining if you want it assistance with the local area but not over selling it. Unfortunately my stay was cut short and the owner arrange transport for me the next day. Yes they all can do this but it was done efficiently and to what I required with a pick up at 5 am. In the morning as is often the case they prepare a breakfast for you to take to the airport, in this instance someone was up before me and made me a hot breakfast which I was not expecting. For the price and the warm hospitality I cannot rate this accomodation highly enough.

Very good location, easy walk to centre. Rooms very comfortable, clean and good bathroom. Susan is an excellent host, very helpful - booking trips, making recommendations and is contactable if you need help with anything. She also has a restaurant in town that does cooking classes.

Hoianian central village is close to everything that you would like to see in Hoi An. The location is perfect and it was easy to find on gps. When we arrived for the first time we were welcomed with open arms and the two ladies were very hospitable. It made us feel welcome and even though I tried speaking Vietnamese (which I obviously butchered), they took their time and tried to help me how to pronounce it properly. - My girlfriend and I had lots of questions about what we could do or experience in and around Hoi An and the hosts gave us a map and showed us the highlights. After that a e applied for a Vietnamese cooking class, which was excellent, and we got to experience how things were done the Vietnamese way. Our chef showed us how to farm the local produce, where to buy the ingredients at the market and many more things that you just have to experience yourself. After that we were indulged with all the aromatic flavors and dishes that we prepared. - cooking class I highly recommend! Now for the hotel: The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious for two people. The amenities are great and I honestly have nothing to complain about. Ah! I forgot to say that the breakfast was great, too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a great time in Hoi An! Greetings, Alex

The hotel owner - her family is friendly, always caring about our daily itinerary. If you have any questions, you can ask her. She also helped me buy cheap mangosteam, and can arrange transportation at the train station or Da Nang airport. Breakfast can be Western style breakfast or traditional banh mi, both of which are very delicious. Finally, the flight depart in the early morning,she prepare takeout breakfast, which was very touching.

I stumbled on Hoianian Central Villa by pure accident while I was looking at activities to do in Hoi-An. Someone's glowing review came up and as soon as I read it, I knew I had already found my accommodation. I didn’t bother looking for alternatives. Susan and her family are the perfect example of Vietnamese hospitality. Susan was kind enough to book an airport transfer from Da-Nang airport which I really appreciated since I arrived at around 9pm. She always replied promptly to my email queries before I even arrived. It was all these little personal touches that made my stay at their hotel very pleasant and memorable. There is delicious Vietnamese coffee available anytime of the day. The water cooler where you can refill bottles is just an invaluable resource given the searing heat. Breakfast always has some fresh cut fruit – dragon, watermelon and banana, as well as the option to have the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi which everyone should try at least once because it really is so yummy! There are local restaurants opposite the hotel, laundromats, massage places, coffee shops all conveniently located within walking distance. One thing I also really love about this hotel is the free bicycles they provide which allowed me to explore the Old Town and even the vegetable farm on the outskirts of the city. This hotel may not be a 5-star establishment but it more than makes up for it with the excellent level of service and care they provide their guests. I felt like I was treated like a member of the family. Cảm ơn Susan and family! I will definitely be staying here if I find myself in Hoi-An again.
