We stayed 6 nights in Shangri-la Hohhot and it was a pleasant stay. Service was very good, and welcoming. I would like to appreciate specially for Ms.Linda Hai and Ms.Lillian Qing for their exceptionally good service. They were always very welcoming and full-filled our request right away. Ms.Linda even took us to meet with a local couple upon our request after her work hour was done for the day.
Location was also good, walking distance to many shopping malls and dining options.
Our kids enjoyed the kids play area and as well as the swimming pool.
Overall, it was very nice stay. We’ll definitely come back if we come to Hohhot again.
