We stayed at the Inner Mongolia Hotel for one night. When we checked in, we found out that the deluxe room was actually a standard room. The room environment is good, very Inner Mongolian, but the room is very dark at night, and the ceiling light is not very bright. The hotel's supporting breakfast is very good, where you can eat many local specialties of Inner Mongolia. Although the hotel swimming pool is not big, the constant temperature is around 26 degrees. I misunderstood it before and thought it was a hot spring + constant temperature.

Very satisfied, the government hosts the hotel, which has a sense of age, and the living environment is very quiet, but the shady room given by the front desk is a bit cold. The help was delayed for one hour when checking out, so it was easy to pack things up, thank you!

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

The room is hygienic and clean. It is close to the trade union school. It is very quiet. There is also a self-service laundry room on the 5th floor. One thing to say, the soundproofing of the room is a bit poor, but the hotel is located in a small alley. If you don't run into the lady next door who calls and curses, it is still quite quiet until 3 o'clock in the middle of the night. Apart from this, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the General Mansion and about 20 minutes to walk to the Hohhot Museum. If you go out a little bit, you can eat a lot. The breakfast was very good, with mutton (probably, I'm not sure because I don't eat meat) chicken and Inner Mongolian milk tea. The breakfast at this price really exceeded expectations. They also have freshly cooked noodles, and the kids said they were so delicious that they ate them two mornings in a row. I was so touched when I entered the room and found that there was a charging cable. Before entering the hotel, I was still thinking about how I could charge two mobile phones and a power bank at the same time with only one charger. The key point is that every staff member has a super good attitude. Whether it is the front desk, the cleaning lady or the restaurant staff, they are always smiling and enthusiastic about everything they ask. After breakfast, glasses cloth and balloons are also given. Although it is not a valuable thing, it is very happy. If I come to Hohhot again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Go to the airport and go directly to the viaduct for 20 minutes. There are chain Laoyuyuan Shaomai shops around. Stayed for four days. The only downside is that the floor heating is hot. The room may be more than 30 degrees. You must open the window to sleep at night. The cold wind blows in to get better.
