this hotel is great for wallet but cleaniness is so good. toilet and shower room is also modern. but i couldnt work air condition. maybe its during winter . idk

Smooth service, nice staff and efficient robot servers. Overall, liked the hotel pretty much. Unlike Chinese hotels that save their heating cost and keep their lobbies cold in the winter, it was warm and comfortable in January. The hotel buffet restaurant is on the 25th floor, it revolves around showcasing amazing panorama view of the entire city, which was marvelous. Highly recommend considering the affordable price.

Had an incredible stay at Vyluk Hotel. The location is awesome. Surrounded by the city’s top shopping destination, and wedged evenly between two metro stations that give easy access to the rest of the city. Service was outstanding and the staff handled the foreigner registration process without issue. They also upgraded us to a city view room which was spectacular. There were many lights within the room which could be toggled by the bilingual wall buttons. Free water and toiletries are provided. The enclosed shower was great, as was the shampoo provided. The hotel does have the coveted delivery robot, so whether it’s ordering food delivery or getting extra tissues sent up, the robot comes right to your door and you receive a call to the in-room phone. Room service came on our second day and cleaned the place up. Nothing but the best to say in regards to this hotel. I should not the gym and pool were closed. The only issue I had with this hotel is that on Trip it goes by Vyluk Hotel and I believeI saw that name come up on one other map and that is it. There are no mentions of “Vyluk” outside or inside of the hotel which did make it harder to find given that there are several others nearby. The Chinese name is also not a transliteration but rather called Wei Lai 蔚徕. Nonetheless, I would 100% stay here over any other nearby hotels given the quality, service, and price which was half of those nearby.

Facilities: Very new, smart Xiaodu. The curtains are very good at blocking light and wind, and the smart air conditioner and curtain switch are easy to use. The hair dryer is very easy to use, and the water temperature is very good even in cold weather. The thick carpet in the corridor of the building is relatively soundproof. The water bottle is slim. The drip coffee and tea bags are of good quality. The location is convenient for travel.

Had problem with breakfast. Had booked it in the hotel cafeteria days before but on the last day the cafeteria was not working. Staff tried to get us breakfast from the in-house hot pot restaurant but it was not working too. Since we had a flight early we had to leave for the airport without eating anything. Otherwise pretty good location and had more than enough amenities. It is only 10min walk from the main shopping square and 20min walk from Manduhai garden.

The hotel is easy to find on the street. There are ample parking spaces. The rooms are relatively large. The facilities in the rooms are complete and clean. The service staff are also very polite. The breakfast variety is also rich. I will stay here again next time.

The good-looking lady at the front desk provided very good service. I arrived at the hotel at about 1 o'clock and checked in early. The room was very clean and the whole house was smart. The smart toilet did not have a disposable toilet seat. The ventilation in the room was not good and it smelled like decoration. A taxi ride from Jokhang Temple costs 8 yuan, a taxi ride from Inner Mongolia Museum costs 19 yuan, Zhaojun Museum costs 29 yuan, and the airport costs 22 yuan. It is a very convenient place. The breakfast was good, with local milk tea and haggis soup. I still remember the taste of haggis soup. I will stay here again next time I go to Hohhot

The room is new and beautifully designed. There are many choices of pillows, and it is very stable and comfortable to sleep. The staff on duty at the front desk are enthusiastic and positive. There are local delicacies everywhere when you walk out of the door. It is also within walking distance to major attractions. Overall, it is a very cost-effective accommodation experience, highly recommended!

This hotel has good personalized service. There is free parking and a concierge to direct. There is also a mini refrigerator in the room with coffee and nuts. There is also free yogurt. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave us small gifts. The breakfast was also very rich, with steamed dumplings and noodles. There were many pastries and fruits in the afternoon tea. It felt better than other hotels.
