Absolutely fantastic! The room amenities were exceptionally detailed, and the customer service was also very attentive; they even arranged our three rooms on the same floor. For breakfast, they offered lamb offal soup and milk tea; although I didn't try them, they looked quite appetizing. However, the woman frying eggs seemed to completely disregard the principle of first-come, first-served, which really put a damper on my mood!!! In the morning, fried eggs were in very short supply, and they couldn't keep up with demand. I stood in line and told her we were 4 adults and 2 children, and I needed 5 fried eggs. I then waited patiently right in front of her as she cooked (at that time, no one else was queuing behind me). She cooked a total of 6 eggs. Just as they were almost done, a man came up and asked for 2 runny eggs. She completely ignored me, who had been waiting, and handed the eggs directly to him. Then she turned to me and said she would cook new ones for me. Her logic utterly baffled me – seriously, does my time not matter?! 🙃🙃🙃 Thankfully, a tall, reliable young male staff member nearby came to the rescue. He told me to return to my table and promised to bring the eggs over to me shortly. This five-star rating is solely for him.

This hotel is the best! I would definately stay again. The hotel is in an amazing location, near the square, near the temple and very walkable. The hotel is tucked in to a little garden area and there is a tea room on site. The desk staff are easy to talk to on Wechat and even helped me order some lotion as the Inner Mongolia weather was very drying to my skin. The breakfast was also wonderful. I loved this hotel. Inside the room was a table with tea service if you wanted.

Aside from the difficulty of parking, the overall location is perfect, and the front desk service is excellent. They provided directions to the parking area and even helped with luggage. The hotel is unique, like a palace with a city wall. The room was clean and modern, but I still had black bugs in the summer. I killed them myself. Regarding the location, it's hard to imagine that the Saishang Old Street, where I've always wanted to visit, is right outside your backyard. If you're driving, confirm parking with the hotel in advance. If you take a taxi to the hotel, you can relax and enjoy the city's bustling streets within a 200-meter radius.

Always trusted Atour. Parent-child travel, the hotel intimate phone contact before check-in, ask what requirements are for the room, very human. The hardware facilities of Atour Hotel are standard configuration and there is no problem. The service is also in place, and some personalized small needs are also met in time. The trip encountered unexpected circumstances, and temporarily decided to leave the store one day in advance. The front desk manager is also very considerate to assist in late check-out. In short, Atour is trustworthy.

The front desk checked in quickly, the staff was very enthusiastic, and they also upgraded the room type. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the quality of the supplies~ The service was even better, the staff always responded to requests and responded very quickly. The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership. Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading. If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including: 1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. 2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines. 3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls. This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.

The drone was lost last night near the scenic spot. Today I arrived in Baotou and found out that it was lost. I had no choice but to call the hotel to see if they could help me find it. However, I couldn’t find it in the hotel. I then figured out the approximate location of the drop. The person in charge of the hotel was very surprised. He enthusiastically helped me go to the place where the drone was dropped and found that he couldn't find it. Then he actively helped me call the police and deal with it. If it weren't for the help of Miss Xu, I really don't know what I would have done. In order to help me find the nearby store of the drone. I asked the sanitation workers all over and couldn't find anyone. They called the police for me and contacted the police remotely. They helped me communicate with the local police. They have been busy until now. They just got the drone. They are really good people. There are very few beauties who are so enthusiastic. I met the right beauty. She comes from Xi'an, a very beautiful city with a rich history. The people are kind-hearted and generous. I wanted to give a tip as a thank you but was rejected. I also hope that everyone will stay at this hotel more in the future. Manju Hotel (Hohhot Dazhao Wuliangsi Branch) The hotel is very clean and the service is great. The hotel facilities are very good and I am very satisfied with my stay! you!

I had a comfortable stay in this fairly new hotel. Everything was spotless clean. The milk tea station at the breakfast buffet was a nice touch, however there is room for improvement in the quality/selection of the food.

There is a restaurant diagonally opposite the building, a local restaurant in Hohhot, and there are many places to eat and drink around. Excellent location
