What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel's dining is impressive. There are rich and varied breakfasts, especially with the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and a variety of afternoon teas. The atmosphere is very cozy and the environment is comfortable. It is great for taking photos and checking in. There is also evening porridge after 8 o'clock, which is so friendly for business travelers! After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel and had a bowl of porridge in the restaurant, looked at the lights outside the window at night, and returned to the clean and comfortable room to sweep away the fatigue of the day!

I recently stayed at Wanda Vista, and honestly, it was such a nice experience from start to finish. The hotel is super comfy, with clean and cozy rooms that make it easy to just relax and chill. What made the biggest impression was the staff. Everyone I came across was so friendly and welcoming,they genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a good time. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, they all went above and beyond to make me feel at home.Overall, it was such a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable place with awesome people!

The hotel is just 50 meters from the subway station, making subway access incredibly convenient. Our room on the 18th floor offered excellent views and was very quiet. The bedding was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is very handy for groceries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! It's within walking distance to major commercial complexes like Changle Palace, Maoye, and Wanda, so all essential amenities are easily accessible. Overall, the transportation is exceptionally convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite good, the service is also good, they can help with printing, there are fruits for check-in, and some snacks were sent to me at night. The room service staff also left me chrysanthemum rock sugar, which is very considerate. The only drawback is that the wifi is too bad. There are only two networks in such a large hotel. I can't connect to the network at all. I used data during my stay. I called the front desk and asked them to reconnect, but it didn't work at all. It is recommended that those who work should not stay here, it is quite time-consuming. I hope the hotel can have a wifi on each floor, so that the signal may be better.

The hotel is impeccable, and I highly recommend it. The staff were extremely competent, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the overall atmosphere makes the stay particularly enjoyable

Facilities were excellent: the room had a pleasant scent, the heating was effective, and the soundproofing was superb. I had specifically requested a quiet room at the front desk, and they were happy to accommodate. The chairs were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The location and overall environment were also very good, with convenient access to transportation.

The Holiday Inn Express Hohhot East Station (Inner Mongolia Museum) completely exceeded my expectations, especially with its location and breakfast – these two highlights definitely deserve a special shout-out. Its prime location is a major plus, saving time and hassle for museum visits. The hotel is only an 8-minute drive from the Inner Mongolia Museum, making it a true 'gem' for visitors who want to delve deep into the museum. We could enjoy a leisurely breakfast every day before heading out, avoiding rush hour and the museum's peak crowds. And returning after a tiring visit was incredibly convenient; we could be back at the hotel to rest in no time, keeping our travel rhythm perfectly intact. Plus, the hotel itself has excellent transport links, close to both the high-speed train station and the airport, making it smooth to travel to other attractions. The breakfast was absolutely divine, truly satisfying with its authentic flavors. This is hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a mid-range hotel! Not only was the variety extensive, with a full range of Chinese and Western options, but it was also packed with Inner Mongolian specialties. The freshly brewed Mongolian milk tea was savory and rich, and a sip with some fried rice warmed you right up. The lamb shaomai had thin skins and generous fillings; dipping them in aged vinegar made them incredibly satisfying. And the lamb offal soup was simply amazing – the broth was so fresh it was mind-blowing, and the offal was perfectly cleaned. Paired with 'beizi' (a local bread), it was authentic local flavor at its best [__LINK_ICON]. My family, whether they loved carbs or preferred lighter fare, always found something they liked, and we consistently ate until we couldn't eat anymore. Beyond that, the hotel's shared spaces and smart rooms were also very thoughtful. When checking out, the front desk even gave us special milk candy – full of thoughtful details. Next time I'm in Hohhot, this will definitely be my first choice!

This hotel is very clean and spacious—exactly what I was looking for! Everything functions perfectly, and the service is excellent. The hotel is in a good location, in a relatively prosperous area. However, you can see the hotel by driving through Amap, but you can't drive to the hotel entrance, and you can't get through to the hotel through Ctrip. We can only go to the lobby to communicate with the front desk. The front desk clerk was very nice and sent someone to take us there. Underground parking. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The room facilities and hardware are good. The only drawback is that the decoration smell is a bit loud after it has just opened. There is a lot of ventilation before check-in. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. All five-star reviews.
