The front desk staff were warm and attentive, even offering a complimentary double breakfast and fruit upon check-in, and a creative fridge magnet at check-out. The hotel is conveniently located between Hailiang Plaza and Xinhua Plaza, with a shopping street just steps away. Famous attractions like Jokhang Temple, the Mosque, and Kuan Alley Food Street are all within three kilometers, making it perfect for a walk around the city. Within a few hundred meters, you'll find restaurants like Banmudi Youmian Village and Gerile Ama Traditional Mongolian Restaurant, both worth trying. The hotel is also very close to Metro Line 1, making it super easy to get here from Hohhot East High-Speed Railway Station. Definitely a recommended hotel!"

"What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼"

"This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel's dining is impressive. There are rich and varied breakfasts, especially with the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and a variety of afternoon teas. The atmosphere is very cozy and the environment is comfortable. It is great for taking photos and checking in. There is also evening porridge after 8 o'clock, which is so friendly for business travelers! After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel and had a bowl of porridge in the restaurant, looked at the lights outside the window at night, and returned to the clean and comfortable room to sweep away the fatigue of the day!"

"Traveling with kids, I did a lot of research online and finally chose this hotel. Turns out, the reviews were spot on! **Service:** The service was absolutely incredible, especially the gentleman in the parking lot. As soon as we got out of the car, he rushed over to help with our luggage. Every time we left, he'd come over, greet us, and open the car door. He was always busy, either welcoming guests and carrying bags, or refilling windshield washer fluid and cleaning windows, or even mopping the floor at the entrance with a bucket. The owner really needs to give him a raise! And the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and kitchen were all so friendly and accommodating, always with a smile. It really felt like we experienced the same excellent service as at Pang Dong Lai (a well-known department store for its exceptional service) right here in Hohhot. **Facilities:** Although the room was a bit small and lacked the smart devices found in modern hotels, the service truly made up for it. Plus, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I do have a couple of small suggestions: 1. It would be great to have separate switches for the bathroom light and the exhaust fan. It can get quite cold showering with the light on and the fan running at the same time. 2. Since there's already a mini-program, it would be even better if it were more comprehensive. For example, services like laundry or room cleaning could be requested directly through the mini-program, eliminating the need to call or go to the front desk."

"I had a wonderfully comfortable two-night stay, completely exceeding my expectations! The hotel's surroundings are fully equipped, with a convenience store and breakfast shops downstairs, so you can grab a quick bite in the morning if you don't want to eat at the hotel. The room facilities are very new; the air conditioning cools quickly, and hot water is instant, so there's no waiting for showers. The mattress firmness was just right, and there were two pillow thicknesses to choose from, which even allowed me, with my neck issues, to sleep well. The cleanliness was exceptional; during daily cleaning, items were tidied up, and even my skincare products on the vanity were arranged in order. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me proactively, and responsive to any requests. Overall, a perfect experience!"

"It was my first time on a business trip to Hohhot, and my friend helped me book the Brilliance Hotel! It's very convenient to get here from the airport, it takes about 20 minutes by taxi! The hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, all supplies are complete, and it is very convenient to use. It was quite quiet at night, which allowed me to have a good sleep. I was very happy! The hotel's restaurant is on the right hand side of the lobby and requires going down a flight of steps. The breakfast is rich in variety, as well as homemade oil tea, which tastes great!"

"As luck would have it, we all work in the government affairs system, and we naturally developed a good impression before we even checked in! The hotel has a beautiful natural environment, standardized management, and is not far from various scenic spots in the city. The front desk staff who checked in at the Guobin Building 11 were polite, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. Zhang Yanan, the manager of the housekeeping department, personally sent us to the room, introduced the relevant facilities of the room, and sent welcome fruits. The area in the room is relatively large. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still well maintained, and there are full of details everywhere, giving people a feeling of being at home. The breakfast is currently a set meal, with a reasonable price and good taste. Next time I come to Hohhot, I will choose Xincheng Hotel."
