Stayed 2days . I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay near from mall and park . The window view was cute . If you want to use pool , staff said only monday it’s warm and kids can swim. Service was amazing .

Have been staying here for a night. The hotel is brand new and very clean. Excellent service from both reception and cleaning staff. Across the street is a big shopping center and a beautiful park, very close to the city center. I will stay here again when I come back to Hohhot!

Even though it was a short 2 night stay, Manager Ms Jula was very welcoming and hospitable. She kept checking on us if we were okay, esp in this bitter cold season.

Hohhot Crown Plaza has given me the best service that I have experienced traveling in
China. While the facilities and breakfast was wonderful with a great variety, I would like to comment all the staff were caring and thoughtful. Front, restaurant, and especially a male staff (named Daxue, forgive me if I spelled wrong) and a female staff in swimming pool helped me a lot in many ways. I will definitely come back again.

A and F were very friendly when checking in. After communication, they sent breakfast to the children for two days. The concierge Leo also answered questions and recommended local restaurants.

As a Crowne Plaza, everything is fine. The underground parking lot is free and has plenty of parking spaces. It is very convenient to go directly to the elevator hall.
Next to it is Qingcheng Park, which has a Ferris wheel. It is within walking distance of Wuta Temple, but you don't have to worry about going anywhere with shared eDonkeys.

I was a little surprised when I entered the lobby. I also contacted the front desk before checking in. The phone and on-site procedures were very friendly and efficient.
