我在天元酒店住了少説10幾晚的 衹要出差來呼市就住這個酒店，從來沒説遇到這麼無語的事情，我在**上定的酒店 上面寫着行政雅緻雙床房，結果給我開的是小標間，我下去找前台説這個事情，25號晚班的那個前台真是讓人無語，他説**不是他們的平台，讓我自己解決，不是你們的平台，我為啥能在**上訂到你們的酒店，然後把我晾在一旁，旁邊有一個跟她情人一樣的男人，她就開始嘮上嗑了，我就趕緊找平台退款，這期間我找前台要經理電話，看怎麼協商這個事，前台那個女的就説不關我的事讓我自己解決，後面就是不知道是誰給她打電話核實這個事給我退掉了，我又在攜程重新下單，當晚我還着急有事，這期間也有客人過來問詢事，她一直在跟一個男的膩歪聊天，別的客人也很不樂意，她還一直在給我拖時間，好不情願的給我辦理了房間，第二天我就是趕飛機 要不然我非投訴她，經理看到此條評論，可以查25號當晚值班那個女前台
