1.環境: 房屋在老舊小區，位置出行方便，應該是重新簡單裝修過，進門聞到很重的裝修味，房間很悶不容易散味。入住前諮詢過是否安靜，房東沒回復。入住後才發現兩個卧室窗户臨街，車聲飛機聲特別是晚上過大貨車吵的無法睡覺，晚上我們衹能到周圍酒店再開房住。
2.衞生: 雖然是重新裝修，但房間衞生不好，很多細節處很臟:馬桶水池泛黃起黴菌，窗户窗台紗窗很久沒打掃的樣子，門口鞋櫃打開一股臭腳丫子味，拖鞋很臟，幸虧我們帶拖鞋了，衞生情況見圖片吧
3.沒有空調，房間很悶不透氣，怕熱的住不了。
4.其它: 我們進屋發現一間卧室的被子沒鋪好，明顯有人躺過的痕跡，馬上問房東，房東説沒人睡過，也沒給我們換床品，晚上我們也沒睡着，去附近酒店又開了間房入住。洗髮水紙巾是後來房東叫人送過來的。陽台改成廚房沒窗簾，房間又熱穿的少被對面樓參觀一覽無餘，洗完澡出衞生間也是沒遮擋直接被對面樓參觀。
