Staffs cannot speak English but they’re helpful and very nice to help us though there is barrier language. The hotel does not offer laundry service but they showed the willingness to let us use their washing machine and the hanger to get clothes dried. We asked for day tour and the tour went very well after that. We forgot contacting the property 1 day in advance per mentioned when booked but they’re willing to be there to service and get us checked in though we reached quite late around 9AM. The hotel is clean and all needed stuff are always available and fulfilled more than enough.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The welcome was very warm, and the host was extremely helpful. She assisted us in organizing our day in the prairies. The room is quiet and very spacious. Thank you for this stay.

Very good, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, clean and tidy, this price is worth it. A family of four checked in and was upgraded to a parent-child suite, which was very touching. Very enthusiastic to answer questions, consult local food, recommend some delicious places and classic tourist routes. Parking is free, because the parking lot did not enter the license plate in time, we paid 6 yuan for the fare, and the boss insisted on refunding us, which is very honest.
