I have 2 separate stays at this hotel. 1st night, there were mosquitos in the room. I managed to kill one thinking that's it, but no, there are more. Cause I woke up with bites. When I informed the front desk upon check-out. They just stared at me. 2nd check-in, feedback to the manager. Lots of excuses, implying that I 'brought' in the mosquito. Door system malfunction giving customer that false impression that the key is not working. Excuses again due to some system fault. Did not rectify the issue. The hotel manager tries to compensate me a gift, but I say not need and left the room for dinner with the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign / switch on. The hotel staff STILL ENTERED my room to place the gift item. This is totally a disrespect and invasion of my privacy.

The hotel is excellent except for the fact that there was a smell in the room as we enter. The breakfast has Western some style food but could have been better taking into consideration Sheraton brand.
