Service at this hotel is brilliant. The staff are really patient when assisting us as Mandarin is not our first language. They were even able to solve our SIM card problems for us.

Room was so spacious for the 3 of us, separate wardrobe and they even have a seating area for tea.
Location wise is perfect, very near to restaurants (lots of halal food) and very near to The Great Mosque as well.

Room is clean, toothbrush and toothpaste and bedroom slippers are provided. A lot of street food and restaurants around the hotel. Nearby is also a mosque with Chinese architecture. Staff are friendly.
Buffet breakfast is quite good with local food. A very pleasant stay for the family

Great location and service. Will definitely consider staying again. Only downside is the variety of food for breakfast and the hallways smell of cigars even though it’s a non smoking zone.

This Atour is rather old with few amenities. It's location was central but that was probably the only good thing about it.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the food street Kuanxiangzi, very close to the Grand Mosque and the Catholic Church. When night falls, the road is beautifully lit. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and they also gave souvenirs when leaving the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the bedding is very good, and the pillow is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich, including a variety of Hohhot specialties, and the siu mai milk tea tastes good. The facilities are complete and the price is reasonable. The Atour Hotel is trustworthy.
