欺詐顧客，偷樑換柱，我訂的是鑫鴻利賓館，老闆安排我們到他的老店鴻利賓館。理由是我訂的鑫鴻利賓館沒房間了。納悶了，我訂的你們又賣給了別人還態度強硬！由於天晚了又帶着孩子就勉強住了，結果，房間陳舊，設施落後，洗護用品劣質，電視無信號，衞生間居然沒有換氣扇，衞生差。差評！差評！
