鄰近体育場，樓下是小型食街還有生鮮超市，對於出門的遊客來說很方便。設備到位，如果能夠有好的保养和維護就可以加分了。

本着演唱會後步行可達預訂的，距離感很好。但房屋質量非常一般，房間隔音極差，不時有震動的聲音，嚴重影響睡眠。感覺就是普通的招待所，性價比很低。
