服務專業度和響應太爛了，昨晚電話説我東西落房間了，找到後電話回覆我
1）告訴工作人員如何通過系統找到和確認我是否住過，住哪間房，太不專業
説有好家錦江，提醒我是不是打錯了酒店
然後説沒有看到沒有聽到有彙報房間客人有掉下東西，提醒我是不是沒有住這個酒店
我提醒他們通過系統輸入我的名字和電話，就可以確認我是不是住過（這個是基礎功底吧？錦江是全國連鎖，用户落東西，找回和反饋流程應該非常順利和嚴謹了）
接話工作人員通過我提醒才改口説是，您是住這家酒店了
2）確認第二天一大早電話我結果，沒有回電
我告知第二天一大早離開呼和浩特，我住的依然是錦江另外一家酒店，離的不遠。
我落的東西就是個軟體膏狀的護髮素，但是這對我很重要
3）我找上了門
服務人員還在説羣裏沒有看到這個訊息
經過我不到1分鐘的描述，工作人員就從後面房間拿出了我下圖第三張這個我折騰了半天要找的東西
這麼簡單的事情，很多像錦江之星這樣的連鎖酒店，秒鐘處理。而錦江………太不專業太慢了
