Good location and good service. Price is normal

The service and location of the hotel was good. But oh my god the amenities within our hotel room were disgraceful to the name smart hotel. Firstly, when my friend and I tried to enter the room after an extremely long day of travelling outside, the keycard reader in our room to turn on all the lights and everything else DID NOT WORK. We had to call staff and go up and down floors several times just for them to fix the issue. We had to wait 30minutes while exhausted and dirty in the hotel lobby as they had no other rooms for us to go to while they fixed our card reader. The irony of the name smart hotel. Secondly, the shower head. The top mounted shower head. Absolutely pathetic. The nozzles were so broken water was squirting everywhere. It was impossible to shower without getting your hair wet if you wanted it dry. Additionally, there is nowhere in the shower to keep your clothes and since the shower head sprays water everywhere more often than not your clothes ended up wet or moist. Due to the shower head water often ended up outside the toilet making the floor of our room near the toilet wet. This is also because the shower room door would not stay shut and was slightly open. Last but not least the sink. When the sink was turned on to a slightly higher water output, water from the sink deflects and sprays everywhere! The mirror and the wall was covered in water. This is in no way flaming the staff, I am sure they were not responsible for these mishaps but for future reference those who want to stay in this hotel please keep your expectations of the amenities low for the name smart hotel.
