這家酒店真的是太讚了!從踏入酒店開始，就能感受到它的高品質。房間設施完備，衞生狀況極-佳。服務人員熱情 ，給我留下了深刻的印象。絕對會再來入住。前台小瑤人又美又特別熱情，説需要什麼隨時打電話給前台，還給我送了免費的飲品和水果，很不錯的一次入住體驗！！！

該説不説設施還是蠻齊全的，可以喝到熱水！可以作為加分項……但吐槽點真是大於加分項。首先是衞生問題：滿地毯都是上一位或者上上位剪的手指甲，腳指甲……都不能想……對酒店都產生陰影了！其次是功能類的缺陷：1電視投屏不可用，非得讓你消費那13.9的一天會員2淋雨衹有巨燙的水和冷水😓3觸控屏晚上亮的睡不了覺，試了八百次才關掉😰……總之一句話，體驗感很差！

洗手枱設在房裡，而不是在單獨洗手間裏！浴室和馬桶又分隔在很小的空間，真的太擁擠！靠路邊的這種環境真的很不好！ 很多東西與其展示訊息不相符！

我從來不給酒店差評，因為全國大部分酒店服務態度都很好，大過年的也不願意和別人生氣，但是這次真的是忍不了：入住後從23:30開始到1:00換了4個房間，要不是隔音差就是高温31度，換到最後前台服務員覺得是我不會調空調？還説啥內蒙就這樣？呼市的酒店哪個像這個酒店這樣啊。投訴攜程後，第二天來了個什麼經理，態度更差，感覺是我們在挑事的樣子，什麼都不幫助解決還趾高氣昂的，做服務行業的一點服務意識都沒有。這個酒店要是價格便宜我也不要求啥了，這個位置和價格在呼市算得上高檔了，真的不清楚攜程怎麼給的四鑽的。在呼市旅遊本來很開心，但是就這個酒店一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋湯

訂房間因為一點小插曲，攜程給協調到這家酒店，還給整了個麻將室，這是沒想到的，雙床房很大，我們一家四口住起來很寬敞！給這次旅行中的小意外成了一個小驚喜。

酒店設施和服務都非常好，距離高鐵站和機場都比較近，旁邊有博物館可以逛逛，唯一的缺陷就是周邊沒有便利店和餐館

酒店衞生情況非常不好，進去就發現衞生間有味道還特別多尿漬，出門讓門口打掃衞生的阿姨又打掃了一下，還是那個樣子，已經是頑固污漬了，浴室頂也已經掉皮了，床頭，櫃子上都是一層灰塵。沙發上污漬更多。酒店大堂有鋼琴，也是壞了的鋼琴擺設。挨着機場隔音又差，前台問一些早餐問題也是沒好臉，服務態度非常一般。整體還不如連鎖酒店。
