我早上出門跟前台説了，給我換被罩床單，打掃衞生，等到晚上回來還沒換，出門走啥樣就啥樣，讓客服反應到經理那，經理説我們這住三天才能換床單被罩，難道客人要求更換床單被罩不能更換是嗎？誰規定的，最起碼人是活的吧？不是死的吧？什麼經理，你還擺一副架子給誰看呢

設施：馬桶臟死，沖水沖不下去。淋浴沒我尿尿有勁。
衞生：住三天，垃圾堆成山了，也沒人收拾。
環境：樓道里一股誰**了一樣的怪味，屋裡好像抽了一盒煙的味。
服務：發票開錯了想重新開一下，第一次打電話剛説完就給我掛了，第二次打電話不耐煩的告訴我二月份以後再打電話，等到二月份了來一句開不了一月份的。咱説直接告訴我不給開不就得了，拖這麼久有意思嗎？
