The hotel has complete facilities and good sanitary conditions. The customer service staff has a great service attitude and responds promptly to requests. We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

Very satisfied, the government hosts the hotel, which has a sense of age, and the living environment is very quiet, but the shady room given by the front desk is a bit cold. The help was delayed for one hour when checking out, so it was easy to pack things up, thank you!

We stayed at the Inner Mongolia Hotel for one night. When we checked in, we found out that the deluxe room was actually a standard room. The room environment is good, very Inner Mongolian, but the room is very dark at night, and the ceiling light is not very bright. The hotel's supporting breakfast is very good, where you can eat many local specialties of Inner Mongolia. Although the hotel swimming pool is not big, the constant temperature is around 26 degrees. I misunderstood it before and thought it was a hot spring + constant temperature.

The hotel was nice, in a great location close to all touristy places. We just had stayed in Jinjiang hotel (same company) in Baotou and this hotel in Hohhot was so much better because staff was kind, room was clean, no transparent bathrooms which is awesome. The only thing that the room is a bit small and it is possible to get better offers for lower price. But anyway we truly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to everyone! Thanks to staff members for being welcoming!

We had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn Hohhot. Manager Ms. Jula Hortig and her team received us warmly and made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we checked in. Breakfast was great, rooms clean, spacious and well equipped, first class service and, most importantly, a genuinely friendly attitude towards guests. Ms Jula went beyond our expectations and helped us recover some items we had left behind, shipping them to our home in Beijing (thank you!). We will definitely return during our next visit. The hotel is well located, walking distance from the Dazhao temple and the Islamic quarters, convenient to shopping centers as well.

When I came to Hohhot for the first time, I stayed in this hotel for two days in order to watch Jay Chou's concert. The experience is very good! First of all, it is very close to the subway and only a 3-minute walk to the subway entrance. Secondly, the hotel is located in a very prosperous area, with all kinds of food, drink and entertainment, and many young people! The bed is also comfortable to sleep on! come back next time!

The location is excellent. The hotel I found on the Xiaohongshu Raiders is on the Dazhao Square. I stayed here for 2 nights. I came out of the square at night. Don't be too comfortable to plug in the old street. You can also exercise in the square early in the morning, feed the pigeons, and there are few people in the morning. It is very comfortable. We set a twin room, on the first floor, open the curtains is Dazhao Square 😜😜 The room is very large, the two beds can be put together, and the child is not worried about falling. The hotel environment is also good. The only downside is that the parking can be parked in the underground garage of the community. You need to walk up the stairs. If you have more luggage, it is recommended to stop at the back door of the community hotel first, and then park in the parking lot after unloading the luggage.

The room was upgraded because it was Ctrip Platinum. Hotel facilities and staff quality are very good. Also very clean. There is a subway station nearby. Go to the airport and go directly to the viaduct for 20 minutes. There are chain Laoyuyuan Shaomai shops around. Stayed for four days. The only downside is that the floor heating is hot. The room may be more than 30 degrees. You must open the window to sleep at night. The cold wind blows in to get better.

The two families came to Hohhot for a trip. The first night was this store. They booked 2 family rooms and 1 big bed room. There was a family room because the carpet was not dry. The front desk helped upgrade the suite. The big bed room was on the far side. It was very small. The family room looked warm, the suite was super big, and I took a photo of the suite. There is no elevator. Fortunately, it is on the second floor. The biggest problem is that the bathroom is not working. The second person starts to accumulate water when taking a bath. The intelligence is a bit stupid. He always turns off the lights inexplicably. Overall, he is satisfied. The price is still very high. Going out is a lot of places to eat. I went to the old Yuanyuan next to me in the morning.
