Hotel Müller

I originally booked the Hotel Ludwig, but two days before check-in, I was notified by email that I could not check in due to heavy snow and construction, so I cancelled the order. I also recommended this hotel, so I booked it immediately. We arrived in Fussen late that day. It was already 8 o'clock when we arrived at the train station. The last bus to the hotel was gone. When we took a taxi, the driver contacted the hotel directly on the way to remind the hotel to check us in. It was thoughtful. The hotel is in a great location. It is right outside the carriage station of Upper Neuschwanstein Castle. It was also the only local restaurant open for lunch when we went there, so lunch was full. Fortunately, Chinese people are used to eating early. After we finished eating, we found a long line outside. The service was very good. They even lent us an umbrella. The room was also very clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the king-size bed room was two small beds put together. But it seems that this is the case in Europe?

The location is very convenient. Hohenschwangau Castle and the museum are nearby, the carriage station is opposite, and there is a shuttle bus next to it. It is convenient to go everywhere. The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious and the scenery is good.

The hotel is in a good location. It is only a few steps away from the Neuschwanstein Castle scenic area and takes a horse-drawn carriage. The breakfast is OK. There is only one WIFI signal in the room. Sometimes there is no signal for a long time. The China Mobile signal in the room is also weak. Very weak, almost no signal. The most unacceptable thing is that the waitress who works at breakfast has a bad attitude and treats Chinese tourists with discriminatory eyes and language. She bought tickets to scenic spots in the hotel and ran into trouble when paying. She used multiple people and different banks. The credit card payment failed, and the waiter shouted impatiently: I just want money, I just want money. Give me cash, I just want money. The card machine in your hotel can't swipe the card. It's not because there's something wrong with my card (I used the same card to buy a lot of gifts when I went to scenic spots. Other people's card machines are fine, but yours doesn't work. Should you review and reflect on it yourself? What?) How is it appropriate to jump up and down in front of guests? It's immodest. I originally planned to buy some gifts in the hotel supermarket, but when I remembered what happened in the morning, I became annoyed and went directly to other stores to buy items. I despise the Chinese. When I see a white person, I immediately put down what I was doing for me and greeted him with a smile. This is a rare behavior in the world... Angry!

The location is very good. You can call to pre-purchase tickets for Hoberschwanstein Castle and get discounts. It's very convenient to walk around. There are also several restaurants nearby. Parking is right next to the hotel and should be free.
