The bacon for breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the farm mutton covered with mashed potatoes was good. Ice cream can be tried, and the front desk lady we met was very Nice. It is about half an hour's drive from Ice Lake, but there is no gas station on the road to Ice Lake. It is necessary to fill the gas station in the opposite direction and then come to stay. It saves time.
We saw the aurora here, the front desk lady said, you are very lucky, but we can see 🥹 basically every week here.
Personally feel that this kind of farm accommodation is really cost-effective in Iceland, eat well and charge relatively low. We stayed in a double breakfast twin bed of about 900.

This hotel is actually a homestay, one kilometer away from the main road! There are four rooms like this, we arrived late that day 🉐, so the host deducts the money first! ! ! And the owner enters the room at 11 o'clock on time to clean the room, which is a bit unbelievable! We were so crowded, we postponed five minutes to check out like this

Because I made an appointment to see the ice cave the next day, I found that it was only 46 kilometers away from the meeting point. Although I had to go back, the price was the most cost-effective, so I booked it.
We didn’t arrive at Glacier Lagoon until 10 o’clock in the evening. After taking pictures, we arrived at the hotel at 11:30. I discovered that there is a large glacier behind the hotel. You can completely see it from the window of the room. When you were lying on the bed, you also found that there was a skylight on the roof. You could see it while lying on the bed. See the stars and auroras!
The space is indeed a bit small (a common phenomenon in Icelandic hotels!), but despite its small size, it was fully equipped and we made dinner in the room. There is floor heating in the bathroom, which is very nice👍

The environment is clean and spacious, with two doorways for easy entry and exit. The service staff are polite, there is a wash basin and mirror in the room, and the shared bathroom is clean and spacious. This hotel is very good. It is right in the town of Hofn. The town is not very big. I saw the northern lights in the hotel! I was very lucky. The room is very big and has a high ceiling. The family room can accommodate 4 people. It is a two-story loft. The price-performance ratio is very high. Breakfast is provided. Milk coffee is free all day!
