Had a one-night stay. Room was excellent and quiet, with nice amenities and snacks available for sale. Restaurant was open late and also served a breakfast. Parking was free. Nice bathrooms with roomy shower. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. A very pleasant hotel.

We were at the 1st Advent weekend at the hotel Squarehirsch. We had booked a Superior DZ. The room was conveniently equipped as far as everything is good. It is also very beautifully centrally located. At arrival we were very friendly receiving. Also in the bar, the entire staff was very premature. Only at breakfast is obviously overcomfortable and sometimes unfriendly if many people want to have breakfast at once. Specifically, a black haired employee appeared here. It was obviously particularly difficult to fill the buffet. And when you asked, there was a cool and unfriendly answer.

The hotel is still well accessible from the main railway station. As well, the location is good. However, the road painted by 20 h/km is very driven in front of the hotel and the breuhouse and the least drivers comply with the speed limit. We had a room in the back of the hotel, fortunately. However, we couldn't leave the window open in the evening if we didn't want to hear the conversations of the customers on the terrace of the neighbouring Italian restaurant. The room was conveniently equipped, a large LED TV and a large shower in the bathroom. The hotel was also comfortable with the lift. A special feature is the hotel's brewhouse, where breakfast and dinner is offered as buffet in half-pension. Breakfast has a good choice, including regional specialities. The dinner buffet contains several pre-foods and meat, fish, nude and vegetarian meals, and vegetable and potato accessories. Both breakfast and dinner have tasted well. The beer brewed by the brewery house itself was also good for us. Since Fulda is certainly worth a trip, we will certainly book this excellent hotel again at our next stay.

We visited the town of Fulda on our unexpected trip to Germany, through covid 19-times. Never been here before and slightly lost. But everything changed, when a young waiter at the orangeri next to the hotel spontanelesly started telling us about the history of the marvelous paintings on the ceiling. The same waiter later served us dinner at the Dianakeller restaurant in the cellar of the Maritim hotel am Schlossgarten. Even if he was very busy, because of many visiting and hungry guests, he took his time to serve us with a smile behind his mask and in a very friendly, very polite and serviceminded behaviour, with made us feel very welcome instantly. We will always remember Fulda because of this most pleasant experience! Thank you J !

The rooms are in a very good condition! Very modernly equipped and with a lot of space. We had room 43 with a balcony, or terrace above the garage roof and were also very positively impressed with the view from the windows. At first the floor heating weakened a little, but the room won quite quickly at temperature and so you didn't have to freeze. Price, performance ratio was very good! Breakfast included in the morning. The hotel staff is always very friendly and sensitive. Whether they would visit the hotel again at any time! Speciality: From the room we had a very good view of the mountains, as well as in the breakfast room in the main building.

For a weekend trip in Fulda, first time left in the middle of the hotel. Well to reach, optimally the parking level with direct access to the hotel. Reception friendly and without long waiting time.
