Truly exceptional place to visit. The setting is incredible, the hotel is pristine, the food and beverage is excellent and the service is world class. Truly has to be the cream of the crop in Austria.

There was no free bottled water so I requested it but it was brought to me in 2 hours. The welcome service and face-to-face meeting were very friendly but the room service was a bit slow. It was okay to take a taxi because it was on the outskirts but there was no taxi when checking out.

This is an impeccable hotel in every aspect. Beautiful scenery, delicious food, large and well-designed rooms, and four wardrobes for luggage. I will stay here again.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl is gorgeous. It was the first Rosewood I stayed at and the most expensive hotel I stayed at. The environment, service and facilities were impeccable. The only problem was the weather was so bad that I felt lonely in this lake view room.

Very Good

Doorman: Warm welcome, luggage, valet parking (hotel parking is not free, about 30 euros per night). After delivering the luggage to the room, the coat will be carefully hung in the closet. Bags and other sundries are also placed in the closet. Good reviews. Room: Quite satisfactory. Non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in the minibar are all included. Restaurant: After checking in, we ate every meal in the hotel. Several restaurants are good and the breakfast is rich. Spa: The hotel has a free spa. Everyone remember to bring a swimsuit. We forgot to bring a sauna. The swimsuit sold by the hotel costs 400 euros and the style is not what we like. Other items such as massage are charged. The housekeeping team needs to improve: As soon as we entered the room, there was a wilted flower scattered on the floor. It should be left after cleaning. And they forgot to give us hand soap. Tips: The staff we met were very enthusiastic. We followed the local customs and gave some tips to the waiter who made the night bed, the doorman, and the staff who helped us park the car.

The newly opened hotel is by the lake. The decoration, service, facilities and environment are all first-class. The price is also very cost-effective in Europe. If we go there again, we will want to stay for a few days

Take a swim among the green mountains and green waters, and stay in the renovated hotel. It feels leisurely and comfortable. I stayed for three nights and never left the hotel. I feel that the most beautiful scenery is all within the hotel.

[A Small Fresh German-Austrian 18th Anniversary Tour 2006-2024] Schloss Fuschl Rosewood, located at Lake Fuschl in Salzburg, was newly opened this summer. You must stay here when you come to Salzburg to experience the castle where Princess Sissi lived. 1. The hotel service is very considerate: from the moment we drive to the hotel, there will be staff to help us park the car, and take the luggage from the car to the room according to our requirements. When checking in, we will be given a drink that is said to be Princess Sissi's favorite. Isn't it a sour plum soup with various mixed berries? Then the butler in charge of us is a handsome Austrian boy. He will take us around the hotel like Liu Laolao entering the Grand View Garden, and then introduce one by one. Knowing that I am a fan of Princess Sissi, I have watched the movie nearly 30 times since childhood, and I will go abroad to watch Princess Sissi's musical. He was also a little surprised and told me that there is also a Princess Sissi Museum in the hotel, which is full of super exquisite treasures! 2. The hotel is in a great location: right by Lake Fuschl. We booked a terrace room. You can open the French windows and walk to the terrace to drink tea facing the lake. There is also Emperor Franz Joseph's suite upstairs. 3. If I have to say the shortcomings of the hotel, it is: the road signs are not big enough and not clear enough, especially when driving from the winding mountain road. Even if I always use Google navigation, it is easy to miss the narrow path leading to the hotel; and there is a narrow road with a 45-degree downhill slope at the entrance of the hotel. It is a bit embarrassing if you encounter driving in the opposite direction😅 4. The hotel's dining is so-so: It's hard to say about eating here... Because I knew before I came that this was a hotel in the countryside and there were no restaurants nearby, so I booked the see terrace by email early. Who knew that the lake view global gourmet restaurant was closed due to weather reasons, and only the Schloss restaurant (castle restaurant) was open. I was disappointed. It's over. It's a meal in a food desert again. As expected, there are very few choices on the menu, only fried pork chops, grilled fish, steaks, etc. I ordered mushroom soup, rib-eye steak, and soufflé. The steak was good, but the sauce was not good. I asked the waiter to add black pepper. The soufflé was huge. The taste was good, but with the plum sauce, it was the kind of sweet that Europeans and Americans like... I wanted to go back to the room and eat the canned fried dace that I bought at Go Asian supermarket before coming here! Overall, this Rosewood is very suitable for vacation and enjoy a slow life!

This is a spectacular hotel. We visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and wanted a place in which we could relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have come away feeling refreshed and having created some very special memories at the Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. The quality of everything in the hotel is simply spectacular. From the freshness of each of the ingredients of every item of food and drink we consumed in the hotel, to each piece of glassware and china that we used in the restaurant or the room. The works of art, the furniture and lighting throughout the hotel are magnificent. It is like walking through an art gallery. Our suite was just as stunning; elegantly decorated, luxurious bedding, silk lined walls, leather bound hangers, coasters, phone charger (and a matching leather bound coffee machine!), oversized towels, herringbone trimmed robes and matching plush slippers, and a mini-bar that would delight any cocktail enthusiast. So much thought has gone into creating an exceptionally luxurious suite. And of course, the views were absolutely beautiful! The Spa was a haven of relaxation. The heated outdoor pool was a sanctuary of tranquility, with the warmth of winter sun beaming down alongside the crisp iciness of the surrounding forest and lake. The indoor pool was just as nice, along with the steam room and saunas. We thoroughly enjoyed the magic of the wintery landscape of this resort in December but can imagine it’s equally as beautiful in the summer. We can’t wait to return again!

Fantastic hotel, beautiful setting and we had the best suite. Everything at this hotel is top notch. The staff were extremely professional and pleasant. The daily breakfast was great with a fantastic view of the lake. The restaurant was so good and nice for dinner we had dinner there for three nights. The spa pool and outdoor pool was fantastic. Bar was very nice as well.

We had gone to this hotel a couple of times before the renovation and were very eager to see how it would be post it. Overall, we find that they have done a spectacular job - this was always an exceptionl property with an outstanding location and frankly it arguably didn't really need any refurbishment but what they have done is great. The rooms are really fantastic, great taste, comfortable etc. The staff is super helpful (although as always with new hotels you get the sense there are some teething issues). We preferred the old breakfast with the buffet but once you get used to the 'a la carte' and the size of portions etc. it works fine. Special mention to Sebastian Kersch from the Concierge team. Our daughter had forgotten her glasses at the hotel (they are very complex and it was important to get them back) and when the cleaning team didnn't find them he personally went looked for them and found them and we got them back by the post a few days later. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we certainly plan to be back!

We booked Fuschl for our 20 anniversary a cery special day. It was the worst ever experience beyond all worst expectations! We travel a lot and always in 5 star hotels and Rosewood was not only a disappointment but a disaster. Breakfast served was like a 1 star motel hotel. Everything was cold. We were hoping for a hideway and there is 100% families with screaming kids. We decided to leave upon arrival. As it was a 20h trip to get there we were hoping to land on a compromise with Rami who was Reception Director but he played a cool cowboy and simply told us to f off…he did not understand the word of our feedback. It was miserable. If they don’t understand the feedback thats just proves how miserable the management is. All to say. DONT GO.

Completely refurbished to a fabulous standard. Very modern and tasteful, highest quality decor, integrating well the old world design. Impeccable service and breathtaking views. Lovely food and a charming whiskey bar. Amazing hotel!
